This list focuses on non-competitive driving. The list was developed to give carriage drivers who like to spend time with their equine driving on the trails, down the road, or around the pasture, a place to share experiences, memories, tips, and comraderie. The focus will be on making you and your equine (horse, pony, donkey, mule) have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable drive. Join us and give us your tips, descriptions of great drives, locations to drive, and questions about driving your favorite animal for recreation and fun! We prefer not to discuss competition venues for driving here - there are other lists for that - but we do spend a lot of time discussing training techniques, harnessing, and carriages for recreational (non-competitive) driving.
