READBACK - VHF Air Traffic Control monitoring

Readback is dedicated exclusively to the reception and
appreciation of civil Air Traffic Control voice
communications taking place in the VHF air-band, from
118 to 137 MHz. Subscribers worldwide can post
interesting communication interceptions, frequency
updates, and ATC related news to this forum. Readback
is intended for everyone who shares an interest in
non-military Air Traffic Control. ATC enthusiasts in
general, ATC professionals, pilots, and especially
people who are actively monitoring ATC on VHF, are
invited to join Readback. Emphasis of postings should
be on logs of voice radio communications received on
civil VHF aviation frequencies that can be qualified
as out of the ordinary: e.g. reports of remarkable
instructions and conversations, exceptional
procedures, weather deviations, and reports of
emergencies. Readback is not intended to be a high
volume mailing list. Quality is preferred over
quantity. The golden rule of ATC monitoring also
applies to this list: Keep on listening out and you'll
come across that long awaited gem!
