The RangeTip list is a place for participating RangeNet members to "meet the press", and vice versa.

Subscription to this list is restricted to RangeNet members and invited journalists representing general and environmental media.

The purposes of this list are:

(1) RangeNet members are invited to provide "tips" or leads on news worthy emerging issues, trends, or activities regarding the use of public lands for domestic livestock grazing and associated activities. Please do include at least a contact person's name and email address or telephone number (preferably both) in all messages posted. Please stay on topic and refrain from discussions unless requested by one of the participating journalists, or to clarify or provide additional information regarding a previous post.

(2) Participating journalists are welcome to follow up on any posts by participating RangeNet members, and to post questions that they would like the list participants to respond to.
