The Randolph Dog Club is a group of local dog owners and lovers advocating for the building of a new, off-leash dog park in Randolph Hills Local Park, which is centrally located between Rockville Pike and Connecticut Avenue and south of Randolph Road in Montgomery County, Maryland. A convenient walk or drive for those in Kensington, Garrett Park, Chevy Chase, Bethesda, southern Rockville and western Silver Spring, the proposed location is ideal for those down county residents without a nearby off-leash dog run or who would like to alleviate the often crowded conditions at Wheaton Regional Park.
