The Rainbow Family Tribe is the entity, hosting the Rainbow Family Gatherings, based on the consensus authority of the Council Circle convened each year from July 1-7 somewhere encamped in one of the USA National Forests, to convene the Noon-1pm July 4th World Family ReUnion Silent Prayer Circle for America and the World by virtue of the sovereignty of cosmic natural law and various US Constitution provisions.

Whereas, we hold the truth to be self-evident that Human Beings
own the Earth, and

Whereas, the Rainbow Family is defined as all human beings living
as family relations in harmony globally as Our Family of Life, and

Whereas, millions of people have been gathering in camps all around
the world over 34 years each recognizing the Rainbow Family, and

Whereas, the Rainbow Family Inter-Tribal Council is being convened
July 1-7, 2006, as the Colorado USA Rocky Mountain Rainbow Family
Gathering, Gathering of the Tribes, World Family ReUnion, and

Whereas, Rainbow Family believers subscribe to a creed, by which
everyone is welcomed, everything is free, and all donations are accepted,
with decisions made by Rainbow Gathering Council Circle consensus, and

Whereas, to promote the fundamental human values of Truth, Love,
Peace, Right Conduct, and Nonviolence,

Now, therefore, a Rainbow Family Inter-Tribal Council Circle Decision is proposed to declare Rainbow Family Global Sovereignty and thereby
issue this document as a legal permit for Rainbow Colorado 2006
pursuant to The One Truth of The One Law, the True One Law of
The One God, the inviolably sovereign natural cosmic law depicted
by Judaism as Torah, by Buddhism and Hinduism as Dharma/Karma,
by Islam as The Will of The One God, by Jesus Christ as The Law of Love,
by native American traditions as Natural Law and The Great Law of Peace,
by Taoism as Tao, by science as Unified Field Theory.
