RadioMonitors is for postings related to Civilian, Federal, Military and Homeland Security radio communications monitoring, including VHF, UHF, HF and MilSatCom comms. Logs are limited to those which can be heard in North America, whether aircraft comms, ship comms or ground station comms. Postings of frequency and callsign lists are welcome, as well as information on scanning radios, HF receivers, antennas and other radio equipment. Milcom includes not only USAF, USN and USMC aircraft and ships, but also NASA aerospace launch comms, US Coast Guard, US Customs & Border Patrol (CBP), Combat Air Patrols (CAP), Search and Rescue (SAR) as well as ground comms heard at Air Force, Navy and Marine Bases and Federal facilities, including trunking radio systems. Space Shuttle, International Space Station (ISS) comms and rocket launch comms from Cape Canaveral AFS and NASA-Kennedy Space Center are also covered. Radio scanner equipment, antennas and scanning techniques are also discussed.
