Hi Francis, hey just recently started using ROW again, and was trying to update
to the newest version. But after I install the update I get a message saying
that the program has not installed correctly and when I try to open the program
I get this error:

Global.Main Error
Error 372: Failed to load control 'CrystalReport' from Crystl32.ocx. Your
version of Crystl32.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of
the control that was provided with your application.

I even tried to uninstall ROW and went back to the newest demo, then reinstalled
the update and still get the same. Any ideas on what I need to do? Thanks.
