no not attached. some do not even come with a pick some pics are short like yarn needle. some are long handle like dental pick. some are a knitting needle bent...

yes same on round as straight to knit, you wrap an e stitch all the way around the loom, now wrap e all the way around again, flip bottom stitch over the top...

depends on the yarn you use, the stitch you use. you can make socks with the small one if you do it right and you can make straight pieces with any of them....
