If you had looked at my blog recently you would have seen I posted an item this morning "ROS digital mode now legal in USA" (http://blog. g4ilo.com/ 2010/03/ros- digital-mode- now-legal- in-usa.html) referring to the news that the FCC had changed its ruling, as soon as I read
it on your site. If that is not enough for you then that is too bad.
I am not at all impressed by your attitude and in particular your threat of legal action against a fellow ham Tim Lilley N3TL who whatever the outcome nevertheless acted in what he thought was the best interests to determine the legality of using the mode by US hams.
You have made me very angry now. I hope you will make a public apology to me. Because of your attitude I have no intention of using your mode ever again and am considering writing to the RSGB sugesting that this mode has no place on the amateur bands.
