ROInet is created for HR/HRD professionals interested in evaluating and measuring human capital investment, the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of learning and HR/HRD efforts and interventions, including Organization Development, technology-based learning, leadership development, and Knowledge Management. Additional objectives of ROInet also include skills and performance assessment and approaches for intellectual capital and human capital valuation.

ROInet has been a great resource for many practitioners since its inception in 1999. We encourage you to share your measurement challenges or ideas in any of the area regarding evaluation and measurement. We firmly believe that if HRD is to be a solid field in both academia and business practice, there should be a well established system for assessment, measurement, and evaluation.
