On 15 February 2009, the Jubilee School received a venerable guest at the School: Her Majesty Queen Noor Al-Hussein. The purpose of the visit was to honor Ms. Abla Zuraykat, who had taken the responsibility of directing the school for eight years, leading the Jubilee during that period towards excellence in education, and working on promoting its educational initiatives at national and regional levels as a role model for schools for the gifted.

H.M. Queen Noor also took this opportunity to welcome the new School director, Ms. Suha Jouaneh, and to witness the signing of a joint agreement between the Jubilee School and the Goethe Institute-Jordan, related to installing a German Language Lab for the purpose of teaching the language to Jubilee School students  as part of its elective curriculum. Her Majesty Queen Noor chairs the Board of Trustees of the King Hussein Foundation, the school’s prime authority.
