As much as I wanted to attend the NFARL meeting on the 19th, it's not to be. Gladys and I are leaving tomorrow morning for Forsyth, GA where we are attending our first series of AARP Tax-Aide meetings. Both of us are long time volunteers and even though I'm cutting back some on my activities for this season. I still can't leave my folks in Royston, Jefferson, Hartwell and Lavonia in the lurch. I'll be just tomorrow afternoon, all day Wednesday and Thursday until 1:00 PM.

With the WX expected to change to rain, we hope to leave Forsyth and arrive home here in Lavonia a little past supper time.

By the way, THANK YOU for the beautiful package from Hickory Farms. You did not need to do that, but we sure appreciate it all the same.

I hope you have a big turn out at the Roswell City Hall Thursday, 11/19.
