Economic Crash

Because America has not repented of their sin, God will destroy their economy
with a crash similiar to the 1930's. I have received many prophecies about this.

   January 21, 1998 [1998 01 21.1]
   For thus says the Lord, you shall see, in the next few months, a big crash on
the stock market, and then you shall see it again, and then more of the same.
For crash after crash shall soon occur and it shall come down to the level I
have declared.
   For the time of the spending of big money over the earth has come to an end. I
have been fed up with the total consumption of this earth with power and money
even to the extent that My people are put to shame in the same sin!

   July 5, 1998 [1998 07 05.1]
   This is the circumstances to which this earth is heading. It will lose control
of its societies as it heads in to the greatest economic collapse that will
befall mankind.
   This collapse shall come fairly quickly, and as it comes people will stop
obeying the law, because it is no longer convenient for them. As they become
economically deprived they shall turn to illegal activities in greater and
greater numbers, till authorities cannot control it in any way.

   August 11, 2002 [2002 08 11.1]
   As I was in prayer this afternoon the Lord showed me the following: I could
see a chart with one line on it. It went up and down in a jerky fashion.
Suddenly it dropped off so low that it was almost off the bottom. Then it
continued its jerky up and down motion, but it was now doing so very near the
bottom of the chart.
   Then the Lord said: this is the stock market. You will soon see the sudden
drop off to the bottom. Many will not believe that it cannot rise again--but
each attempt to ressurrect their money god will result in failure.
This crash is now occurring. It is time for the people to bow down and repent of
their love of money, their love of self above God, and their love of religion
above truth. Those who are truly living a life for God in all that the Bible
states will have their needs met; they will be guided through this by the Holy
Spirit. Those who are religious and serving self and their lusts will be judged
along with the world.

I have changed the explanation for the 9/11 attack to a broader understanding of
why we are experiencing various disasters. This is to help people understand
that various judgments of God are coming on the world, and on the United States,
for a reason:


Why All the Disasters?

We are now just beginning to enter into the last days referred to in the Bible.
The sins of many nations have come up before God, and because there has been no
repentance of these nations there shall be judgment. For those who do not
believe that God still judges as He did in the Old Testament:

   - Jesus prophesied that the temple would be destroyed (Matthew 24:2).
Fulfilled in A.D. 70 when the Romans attacked Jerusalem.
   - Ananias and Saphirra were killed by God for their sin of lying to the Holy
Spirit (Acts 5:1-11).
   - The wrath of God today (Colossians 3:5-7).
   - Judgment on christians for deliberate sin after salvation (Hebrews
10:26-27).
   - Discipline of the Lord for sins by christians (Hebrews 12:5-11).
   - Out of 7 churches listed, 6 are in danger of judgment if they do not repent
(Revelation chapters 2 and 3).
These are the days of the judgments of God found in the book of Revelation. Some
are looking for the rapture to take them out of this trouble. But in Scripture
the rapture is placed at the time of the Lord Jesus Christ's return:

   16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice
of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise
first:
   17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in
the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
   18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words. I Thessalonians 4:16-18
So when the Lord Jesus returns to this earth true christians who live a holy,
clean life before God shall be taken up and protected from the final
destruction. But before that time christians shall remain here. There is
protection for those who are truly dedicated to serving the Lord. These are also
the days of miracles! But those who have lived a compromised life will be judged
along with this world.

The sins of America have now come up before God for judgment. America has
produced more pornography than any other nation, killed more unborn babies than
any other nation, does not allow the Bible and prayer in schools, and now gives
all the glory of its great nation to itself instead of giving it to God who
raised it up. The enemies of America are coming against it and God has
strengthened the terrorists to be able to strike successfully. God has given me
this prophecy cncerning this:

   October 22, 1997 [1997 10 22.1]
   For this word of the Lord is to make My people realize that the time is short.
The time is short. The time is short! There is yet a little while and the
beginning of the judgment on America will begin. So note that the time is short.
This is God's warning of what is to come. It is no coincidence that we now have
storms that are stronger and weather that is beginning to go out of control. But
these are only the beginnings of His judgments.

Wanted: Troublemakers in the Church

We need more troublemakers in the church! I pray that every member of the body
of Christ would become a troublemaker! We need an army of troublemakers who have
become so full of the Holy Ghost they will stir up and trouble New York City and
every other city around the world; trouble their wicked institutions - challenge
the established dead churches - trouble the leaders, the mayors, the city
councils, the community leadership! In other words, we need Holy Ghost
troublemakers moving in the Spirit, proclaiming the kingship of Christ so
effectively that whole cities are stirred!



Paul and Silas were two the world's biggest troublemakers! The Bible speaks of
"men that have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ" (Acts
15:26, NAS). Paul, Barnabas, Silas, and Timothy were such men, walking in the
power of the Spirit. As seen in Acts 16, when the Holy Ghost forbid them to
speak the Word in Asia, they obeyed. When they tried to go to Bithynia, but the
Spirit would not permit them, they went instead to Troas, under the Spirit's
direction. Paul then had a vision of a man calling them to Macedonia, so they
set out immediately to Philippi, the chief city of Macedonia. When they arrived,
a fortune teller followed them about, crying, "...These men are the servants of
the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation" (Acts 16:17). After
enduring it for many days, Paul turned and "...said to the spirit, I command
thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same
hour" (Acts 16:18). Suddenly the whole city was in an uproar: this fortune
teller was apparently a big tourist attraction, but now she was healed and
praising the Lord!



Paul had upset the status quo. He had challenged the devil who had been having
his way for years. The slave-owners of the delivered woman then dragged Paul and
Silas into the market-place to stand trial before the city magistrates. The
charge was, "...These men... do exceedingly trouble our city" (Acts 16:20). "And
the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their
clothes, and commanded to beat them. And when they had laid many stripes upon
them, they cast them into prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks" (Acts
16:22-24). It looked as though Satan had won. The new converts must have been
stunned! But all the power of God is with Holy Ghost troublemakers! "And at
midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God... and suddenly there
was a great earth-quake, so that the foundations of the prison was shaken: and
immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed" (Acts
16:25-26). The jailer, seeing what had happened, even fell down before Paul and
Silas, saying "...Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" (Acts 16:30). Those city
officials and religious leaders went to bed thinking, "We did it to them! That's
the last we will hear of those vagabond troublemakers. We really shut them up
and scared them!" But what a commotion the next day! I can imagine sergeants
knocking on the doors of the mayor, city council members, and the religious
leaders, telling them, "Quick! Get down to city hall - we've got a big problem!"



In a state of shock, the officials probably responded, "What? An earthquake? The
prison doors opened? Their chains all fell off? They didn't even try to escape?
The jailer joined their faith? They're Romans?!?" Now, they were really afraid.
It was a crime to beat Roman citizens (Paul and Silas were both Romans). "What
do you mean they won't budge from our jail? They demand what? For us to come
down and apologize and escort them out of jail? " And they came... and brought
them out... begging them to leave the city" (Acts 16:39).



I love it! Here they were, not flaunting their spiritual authority, but merely
acting as ambassadors of King Jesus. As they had witnessed Christ's power being
mocked, Paul and Silas now wanted that little riverside prayer group to see how
God manifests His power to those who stand up against the forces of hell. They
went directly to the house of Lydia - and what a meeting that must have been! I
would think Paul told that house group, "See! The devil can rage, the powers
that be may threaten - but God has all the power! God will stand by you if you
take a stand!"



I preach a great deal on prayer and I believe in the effectual, fervent prayer
of the righteous. But praying alone, praying by two's and three's, or even in a
large prayer meeting will not alone shake a city! Elijah was a man of powerful
prayer, but it was more than his prayers that shook Ahab's kingdom and enraged
Jezebel: He called the false prophets to Mount Carmel and challenged them.
Jezebel had slain God's prophets and led Israel into apostasy and the horrible
idolatry of Baal worship - and no one had challenged her! Seven thousand
believers had not bowed, but they were silent, unknown, and afraid. So along
comes Elijah, the troublemaker! Ahab called him "the troubler of Israel!" (1
Kings 18:17). Elijah ended up at the Brook Kishon with a sword in his hand,
slaying hundreds of Baal's false prophets "in the name of Jehovah."



Elijah was not a polite gentlemen with the devil and his crowd. While "...they
leaped upon the alter... Elijah mocked them [derided them]" (1 Kings 18:26-27).



The church of late has cowered before the powers of darkness due to the lack of
holiness, for the Scripture tells us, "...The righteous are bold as a lion"
(Proverbs 28:1). Some will say, "But Jesus was meek - He never opened His mouth
or resisted when they took Him to be crucified!" But that was because the hour
of darkness had come, the hour He was to be given into the hands of the enemy.
He was not silent in the temple when driving out the money-changers. He was not
silent when calling religious leaders serpents - blind guides - whited
sepulchers - a brood of vipers (see Matthew 23). He even told some boldly that
Satan was their father!



Many churches today are full of silent, gentlemanly diplomats, not wanting to
make waves! Nobody wants trouble! So the devil's kingdom goes unchallenged. We
have more than enough smiling, mousy Christians!......

There is no tragedy in the world worse than this - the church losing the gospel.
We could have a hundred terrorist attacks, or earthquakes, or hurricanes, and it
would still not outweigh the tragedy of this one thing - WE HAVE LOST THE
GOSPEL. Nothing can compare to this disaster - nothing.



For when you lose the gospel, you lose salvation. People are actually no longer
becoming saved. (Remember, Paul said that the gospel is the "POWER OF GOD unto
salvation"). And when people are no longer truly becoming saved, you also lose
the church. For no true gospel = no true church.



People will tell me that I am being too "drastic". Well, I want to say to you
that I am not being drastic enough. In fact, if I were to shout through 1000
megaphones directly into your ears, it would not be possible for me to
overemphasize just how disastrous and awful and horrific it is that our
backslidden Western church today has - to all intents and purposes - lost its
gospel. And in doing so it has lost its very reason for being.



We tell everybody that all they need to do is say a little rote prayer accepting
Jesus as their "personal savior". Tell me, where is such a thing in Scripture?
Does such a thing even come close to existing? Can you recall even ONE person
doing such a thing to become a Christian in the Bible? Did any of the Apostles
in Acts ever say to someone, "Just repeat this little prayer after me"? Or
"Quietly slip up your hand - no need for anyone to see"? Can you remember ANYONE
in Scripture doing anything like that?



No, you can't. That is because nobody ever did. It is all a modern fabrication -
a complete invention. -This is no salvation at all. We act like people can
safely forget about CONVICTION of sin and DEEP REPENTANCE and WATER-BAPTISM and
getting FILLED with the Holy Spirit. -Just "optional extras", eh? But look at
'Acts' and tell me - was there ever such a thing as real Christianity without
these things? And what about getting a CLEAN CONSCIENCE (-washed in the blood)
and KEEPING IT CLEAN? Are we ever told how to walk in THAT today?? -To actually
"walk" in the washing of the blood of Jesus? To be clean, to be utterly "Clean",
to be EVERY WHIT CLEAN?? (-The most important thing in the world). Where is this
in our gospel? Where is the transformed life? Where is the "FREEDOM" from sin?



We have lost it all. Our people very rarely repent. They often go for years
without baptism (meaning, according to Romans 6, that their "old man" is not yet
dead - and so they simply cannot live a new life in Christ). Read Romans 6
sometime and ask yourself this question- "If I have not been baptized, then is
my old life "buried" with Christ or not? Is my 'old man' dead or not?" -This is
why the apostles always baptized people RIGHT AWAY.



And then we often fail to get people 'FILLED' with the Spirit straight away too
- let alone "walking" in the Spirit. Tell me, how are we supposed to have
'HOLINESS' if we have not even been filled with the "HOLY" Spirit? Why do you
think that the apostles always made sure that people became Spirit-filled RIGHT
AWAY??



Most of us do not even have "Day One" Christianity as it was in the Bible. We
have lost the gospel and we don't even know it. We have invented a gospel of
'convenience', a gospel without the cross, a gospel without holiness or the
power to live a Christian life. -A gospel that shows no-one how to get a CLEAN
CONSCIENCE or how to WALK IN IT. I want to say to you that such a gospel is NO
GOSPEL AT ALL. And we should be ashamed of ourselves for preaching such a
travesty.



No wonder today's church is lukewarm! The gospel is the building block upon
which everything else is built. Without it we have nothing - literally nothing.
It affects all that we do and all that we are. To lose it is simply the worst
disaster imaginable. So how on earth can we get it back?



Well, we have spoken about "Revival" many times on this site. But what a lot of
people don't realize is that the 'RETURN OF THE GOSPEL' was often the key that
brought about the Great Awakenings - the GOSPEL being restored and preached in
power. The longest-lasting Revivals always involved the "RETURN OF THE GOSPEL".
That is precisely what was happening with the preaching of Wesley, Finney,
Whitefield, etc. And it has to happen again today!



So "Revival" to me is far more than just a fleeting visitation. It is to be the
long-lasting restoration of the true gospel - and thus the true church also. If
we want true Christianity restored today, we must first see THE GOSPEL restored.
It is the most important key to it all. O God, send such a Revival! BRING BACK
THE GOSPEL and those who will PREACH IT! O God, we cry out to you in the mighty
name of Jesus. Amen.

Vision: The Following Months

I saw a "cut out" of the US, lying flat, "sandwiched" between two pieces of
plastic wrap. The wrap was sealed at the ends.



Then, I saw a forefinger lift the top layer of plastic wrap, breaking the seal
at the edge in a small place. Over and over I saw that finger lift the edge of
the top layer of plastic wrap at various places on the edges of the "cut out" of
the US.



Where the edge of the wrap was lifted, it left an opening between the layers.
Those were places where the country was not covered by the wrap.



A hand became visible which the finger was attached to. The finger was pointing
at the cut out of the US.



Not at any particular place, but just pointing here and there.



Then it moved to an edge and pulled the wrap back.



Afterward, the hand opened, and moved away.



Then, as if watching some sort of fast flashes of places, I saw several things.



First in a forest, I saw people in lean to type structures made out of wood and
material (sheet?).The people were destitute, looked hopeless. There was
something cooking over a fire.



Suddenly, I was in city streets, perfectly good buildings were deserted. People
were in doorways, leaning out windows, or aimlessly walking. I did not see any
businesses or traffic. Just concrete and buildings. Some children were clutching
dolls. Some were playing with a ball in the street.



Again, I saw this in quick "flashes".



I asked G-d what all this was.



The plastic wrap represented the covering G-d has on the US.



The finger separating the edges of plastic over the "cut out" of the US was from
Him, allowing places for adversities to come to the US. The appearance of the
hand represented His Hand, removing the cover from protecting a large area then
putting His Hand back over it before withdrawing. When I asked when, how long, I
did not get an answer.



While people have been saying Katrina was G-d's judgement on New Orleans for
sins, He showed me a different view.



New Orleans' sins are no more than any other city in the US. It's location would
affect the whole nation in many ways. In His mercy, G-d saved more people than
man realizes. New Orleans reveals the heart of this nation.



The heart of this nation has become hardened to G-d and opened to the ways of
man. Instead of people, we count appearance to be important. Instead of souls,
we count money to be important. Instead of homes, we count technology and
buildings as important.



We flaunt our sins. We have lost our modesty. No longer do we feel shame. We
openly wave it in front of all to see. We no longer share His love without
condition. Instead, we have pride, and religion, and callousness, and rebellion,
and fear of hardship.



We have become lazy and lukewarm.



This is not the worldly people G-d is primarily addressing. It is the CHURCH.



What happened in New Orleans gave us, as a nation, an opportunity to repent.
Instead we yelled at our leaders.



Indeed our leaders have made poor decisions regarding blessing Israel. Our
leaders are acting according to the heart expressed of the Church. People in our
nation acted to rescue the poor and disabled. We gave and continue to give to
the needs of those in this tragedy. We see it as an enemy to subdue and
overcome. We no longer realize when we need to repent, bow down, and acknowledge
our inability in ourselves.



Our nation openly scoffs unchallenged at there being only one way to G-d. Our
nation no longer recognizes G-d as G-d. Instead, any name we call Him by is
acceptable, as long as we don't make anyone angry. We fear proclaiming truth.



The Church clings to the warm fuzzy words of encouragement. These put us equal
to G-d, declaring He has given us power to the point that we proclaim we have
power that is His alone.



Yet we do not realize we are declaring ourselves to be able to do that which is
attributed to the Lordship of G-d and His Son, Jesus. We don't want to be
uncomfortable.



We are special. We should not have lack, or be in need.



We want the birthright of the firstborn without the responsibility of the care
of our siblings. We desire to be only Children due to our selfishness. We see
ourselves as Abel, when instead we are as Cain.



Our rebellion is that as of Babel, in that WE will build, and WE will ignore
warnings.



Instead, WE will be brought down to our knees by G-d.



When I ask the Lord about the people in the forest and in the city, He directed
me to Revelation 3:16 - 19 CJB



"So, because you are lukewarm, neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of my
mouth! For you keep saying, 'I am rich, I have gotten rich. I don't need a
thing!' You don't know that you are the one who is wretched, pitiable, poor,
blind and naked! My advice to you is to buy from me gold refined by fire, so
that you may be rich; and white clothing, so that you may be dressed and not
have to be ashamed of your nakedness; and eyesalve to rub on your eyes, so that
you may see. As for me, I rebuke and discipline everyone I love; so exert
yourselves, and turn from your sins!"



We are children in need of discipline and the care of our Heavenly Father. We
are those in the forest and in the city...equally in need.



G-d loves His Church, (the people who believe in Him and His Son). He is a
healthy Father, and He corrects those He loves. He has against us much that He
has against the Church in Laodicea. The Church not only has lost it's love for
Jesus; we've lost the passion (not lust) for Him.



Religious pride will rise up in many at these words of rebuke and correction.
Many will ignore, and be as the Pharisees. Jesus/Yeshua will still walk with the
repentant who see their need, just as He did when He walked this earth in
physical form.



The plastic being pulled back, and then G-d's hand covering it after a small
time, represents a greater susceptibility to exposure to the enemy.



The following months will bring us trials to endure. It will reveal the result
of that which we have sown.



How we handle the challenges ahead of us in the following months will determine
the extent of that exposure.



If we repent for our sins, see our need, and humble ourselves before G-d, He
will help us through the trials ahead.



Our priorities will not be structures. Our priorities will once again be the
poor, the disabled, the widowed, the orphan, the sick, feeding the hungry, and
taking in the homeless. The one true G-d will be the only One we will speak of
when we say "G-d".



We will know our need of His Only Son, Jesus/Yeshua. We will be thankful, and we
will be humble, and we will not judge by appearance.



He is making us to be in His likeness....



Amen

DREAM of the MIGRANT WORKERS

There is a huge immigration debate in America. Our borders are overrun with
illegal migrant workers who are often depicted as: aliens, uneducated, dirty,
fruit pickers, field hands. These prejudicial images and stereotypes aren't
pretty.



Against this backdrop, I had a detailed dream where I was standing in a sea of
people before the throne of God. I saw well known ministers, invisible
ministers, people who had falsely accused me, people who had justly accused me,
and many people I didn't know. Weird, but everyone had a black spot on their
chest. The numbers were too vast to count. I was standing pretty close to a
tele-evangelist known for $1,000 suits and for boasting of many healings. I had
the distinct impression he was impatiently waiting for the Lord to finish
speaking to hand him a microphone!



We were all wearing name badges and (like military insignias) badges of rank.
The Lord spoke to this vast group yet we each heard him as if he were only
speaking to us individually, "Lay down your ministry, your vision, your
promises. I have new assignments for each of you." We all assumed a promotion.
Then all went dead silent while the Holy Spirit ministered to each of us. To me
he spoke, "I want you to become a field hand, a migrant worker. Go pick fruit."



I was horrified. What is lower than a fruit picking migrant worker?



I burned with shame wondering what my family would think. How would we live?
What about my hard won education? I have struggled with Lupus for years and
cannot stand being in sunlight for long stretches of time. Such a call to work
in the fields would surely kill me!



Finally, I bowed my head while weeping and said, "Thy will be done." I stripped
myself of my nice suit and donned the cheap clothing of a migrant worker. I told
myself that if all I am capable of doing is harvesting fruit for the Lord then I
would do it with all my heart. I felt something inside of me begin to shake
violently, burn and finally die.



Though he slay me, yet will I serve Him, indeed! It occurred to me much later
that migrant is just another way of saying "stranger and alien".



Anyway, I looked up and saw a great separation take place. I realized that the
Lord had whispered this exact same calling to everyone there. We were all being
called to be migrant fruit pickers. This vast company were all ministers of the
Gospel. The hard shock was that the great majority of those standing there heard
this call to go be migrant laborers and had said, "No."



I could hear the angry complaints: I built this church. I am too important .
This ministry cannot survive without my leadership. If these fruit picking fools
actually succeed, send the tithers to my church. and on and on. I could see
sheep being culled from goats. It was like watching the birth of Gideon's Army.
Our ranks were greatly thinned and we were an unimpressive, motley lot. There
was not a name tag, title, or rank insignia to be seen.



So there we were in our migrant worker clothes like people you would glance at
and turn away from uncomfortably pretending that you did not see them. I noticed
we all had a dark hole burned in our chests where the black spot had been and
someone called out and asked about it. The Lord of the Harvest replied, "That
thing that burned and died in each of you was your blinding pride." And he
breathed on us and the hole was filled with a kind of liquid light, His abiding
Presence and glory!



I thought, "Oh, you cannot fill that which is full. You can only fill a vessel
that has been first emptied." I looked back at the great company of ministers
who had disqualified themselves from their true callings and was suddenly glad
to be in ragged clothes and holy company. The black marks on their chests were
like a plague infection that suddenly began to ooze and spread. I thought,
"They're dead already and they don't even know it."



God is looking for those who will faithfully laborer for him to bring in the
great harvest of souls that the seed of His blood had spilled into the earth to
bring forth. Faithful Labor: There is no other qualification.



The Lord told us, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the
Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. Go
forth. Be fruitful and multiply my Kingdom!"



As our company marched off into the harvest field to be inglorious, nameless
field hands, I could hear those left behind sneering in contempt, shouting out
catcalls about what fools were all were. They seemed oblivious that the Lord of
the Harvest was standing in their midst watching, listening, weighing their
every word. And his eyes burned with holy fire.



As a man with Lupus, I have to be very careful about where I go, what I eat, how
long I am outside. Sunlight can kill people like me. I often get accused of
being a hypochondriac because my symptoms change like the tide and I was ill for
years before I got the correct diagnosis....



Anyway, in my dream, I realized I was - surprise! - standing with a few who had
harshly judged me and realized that I had, in anger, turned around and done the
exact same thing to them! I repented deeply. As I stepped into the harvest field
and felt the sun beating down on me, I realized I had just joyously accepted a
death sentence. I suddenly felt a surge of healing power flood through me and I
was instantly made whole! Funny, but the power did its work and then stayed
pulsating in my hands.

Prophetic Message to the Church

Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj, God's Prophet From India



Delivered to the church in St. Louis, June of 2002


This evening I greet every one of you in the wonderful name of the
Lord Jesus Christ.  Please, kindly, everyone remove your shoes.  Even
the little children in our midst, please kindly remove your shoes.
From this moment onward until this meeting finishes, please do not
put your shoes on.  Bow your heads, and please look up to the Lord
Jesus Christ right now.  The Bible says God is holy.  And the people
of God must worship him in the beauty of holiness.  We are coming
before a holy God.  I stand before the presence of the holy God with
fear and trembling right now, for what I was shown and what I was
commanded to speak.  The seraphim and the four living creatures
around the throne of God cry day and night, "Holy, holy, holy, Lord
God Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come."  From the
innermost of our hearts, let us worship the holiness of God right now.

Holy Father, we stand before you holy presence, in the name of the
Lord Jesus Christ.  Open our hearts, open our ears, dear Holy Spirit
that we may hear what the Spirit of God is saying to the churches in
these days.  In Jesus' name.  Amen.  Please turn your Bibles with me
to the book of Exodus, chapter thirty-four.  I was supposed to speak
with you about the crucified life, as I mentioned last night.  But
today, as I was here during the worship service, an angel of the Lord
came and stood before me, and he told me to do something else.  That
is what is happening right now.  Exodus, chapter thirty-four, verses
five onward.

"The Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and
proclaimed the name of the Lord.  And the Lord passed by before Him
and proclaimed, The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious,
longsuffering and abundant in goodness and truth.  Keeping mercy for
thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin.  And that
will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquities of the
fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, to the
third and to the fourth generation."  Please observe the last part in
verse seven, "visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the
children and upon the children's children unto the third and fourth
generation."

I came well prepared to continue preaching on the crucified life.
But as we were deeply worshiping the Lord, I saw the chief prince
angel over the nation of the United States of America.  He came and
stood before me.  I first began seeing chief prince angels of nations
when I went to South Africa.  That was the first time that I ever saw
a chief prince angel that is in charge of overlooking the affairs of
an entire nation.  And he gave me a word concerning the nation,
concerning the will of God, and what God's purpose is for the nation.
From then onwards, for the many, many nations that I would go to, the
respective angels of those nations would come to me and give me a
word for the nation: what is God's word, what does God think about
the nation, what has been happening in the nation, in the churches,
and what is going to come to pass.  Even sometimes, angels that are
over churches will visit me, giving me a report about what is the
state of affairs in each church, the good and the bad, and what is
God's word for that church.

So when the angel of the United States of America came and stood
before me, I tremble and quake every time I see an angel of a nation,
I always tremble and quake in my heart, because of the awesome
anointing and authority they have.  When he came and stood before me,
he told me, "An awesome judgment is going to come upon America very
soon."  An awesome judgment.  When he spoke, I felt a fear, a Godly
fear running through my bones and my spirit.  This is not a judgment
that would destroy the entire nation, but something quite similar to
what happened with the twin towers.  But, it can all be prevented, IF
RIVERS OF INTERCESSION FLOW IN THE NATION.  This is the word that he
told me to speak.  And I saw, that if you will take this seriously
and pray, a huge river flowing all throughout the center of your
country.  If it flows --a river of tears, rivers of intercession (and
as the angel was speaking, I saw this huge white river flowing from
the east to the west)-- only that would prevent this judgment that
could come.

And then I saw this angel, where he was positioned and where he was
standing, guarding over the United States of America.  He was
standing very near to where the Statue of Liberty is.  A huge,
gigantic angel!  If you read in Revelation, chapter ten, it is
written, John saw an angel so huge and mighty that one of his legs
was on the earth, the other leg was on the sea, and he stretched out
his hand and he reached to the sun.  Can you imagine what a gigantic
figure he must have been?  Probably as tall as the Sears tower or the
former World Trade Center.  such a huge, gigantic angel standing
guard over the United States of America!

My dearly beloved brothers and sisters, as he was speaking these
words, he said "this is the word that you should preach tonight."
And then I saw the heavens open, and from the throne of God, this
word came to me: "Visiting the iniquities of the fathers upon the
children, and upon the children's children unto the third and to the
fourth generation."  ...the judgments of God.

Don't you believe any of the false prophets who preach to you after
9/11 saying, it was not a judgment of God.  I tell you, as a
non-American, and as a holy prophet of God, what happened was a
judgment from God.  Two days before 9/11 happened, a dear friend of
mine, a very saintly prophet of God, was taken up in the spirit to
Heaven.  And while he stood before the presence of the Almighty God,
the Lord Jesus Christ called forth for a mighty, powerful angel.  He
came and stood before the Lord Jesus Christ.  And a fiery torch was
given to this angel.  As soon as the angel held the torch, he became
enflamed (engulfed) with fire from the crown of his head to the sole
of his feet.  And then, the command was given to the angel, "GO
FORTH! And cast this fire down upon the nations of the world."

And the angel and this prophet came down, and they stood in the
mid-heavens.  And the angel told him, now see what happens.  And the
angel took the fiery torch in his hand and cast down fires in several
parts of the earth.  And when the fires were thrown, the angel told
him, "From now onward, there will be bombings, fires and destructions
in many, many nations around the world."  That (vision) was (given to
this prophet) on the seventh of September (of 2001).  On the eighth
of September, when he was conducting a fasting and prayer meeting in
his church, the same angel came and stood by his side again, and
repeated into his ear, audibly, word for word, every event that he
saw the previous day.  And the angel commanded him, "Now, declare to
your church everything that you saw and you heard."  And with great
fear and trembling, he shared what he saw and what he heard.  And
they all prayed.  Several days later came the judgment upon America.
It was not an ordinary terrorist attack.

If you read in the Old Testament, the five books of Moses, every time
Israel would go away, go astray from the commandments and laws of
God, the Bible says very clearly, "God will turn her enemies against
her."  The hornets and the wild beasts will be let loose to come and
create havoc in the land of Israel among the Israelites.  If God can
do that to the chosen nation, the chosen people, how much more YOU?
God removed his protective cover, removed his protective hand,
because you constantly turned your back against the Almighty God.

You know, when I first came to America, in 1991, on the fourth of
July, your Independence Day, I was in a conference scheduled to
speak.  As I was worshiping the Lord, I saw the heavens open before
me, and the Lord Jesus Christ stood there, and He told me, "Now I am
going to give you a word for this nation."  Among the three things
that He showed me, they all have come to pass, but I will tell you
one thing that concerns you right now:  I saw the flag of America.
-- you know, I have never seen a people like the Americans, who love
their nation so much, and who are so patriotic about their great
nation.  That is good.  When I traveled in your country, I use to see
these huge, gigantic flags that fly so majestically in some parts of
the country.  I feel very proud, as if I myself was an American.  The
same American flag, I saw in the heavens.  But instead of flying in
the right direction, it was flying in the reverse direction.  And the
Lord Jesus Christ was standing at the flag and knocking ...on the
flag.  And as He was knocking, I saw the words, "LAST CALL" flashing.
Last Call was flashing and flashing.  Then the word of the Lord came
unto me, "This nation -- the flag that you see flying in the reverse
direction is the heart of this nation that has turned away from
righteousness, and is walking toward unrighteousness.  She has turned
her back towards Me.  Yet, I am still calling her.  Last call, last
call, last call.

And for the three months that I was in the U.S. during that period,
every church and every conference that I went to, I was commanded to
share this vision.  And ask the American people to pray for your
country.  But you know, I was very aghast to notice that the
Americans, especially American Christians, take very lightly such
words, because you think that the non-Christian Americans deserve
God's judgment.  You really don't love your country.  You think you
love your country, but deep down in your heart, you don't really love
your country.  You have such a self-righteous attitude, thinking that
the non-Christians deserve the judgment of God, and you deserve
Heaven.  Don't you think that when the twin towers came down, many
Christians also perished?  When the economy of New York City came to
a standstill, how many Christians also suffered economic losses, job
layoffs.  Thirty-thousand Indians working in New York City were sent
back home.  Overnight, 30,000 Indians lost their jobs.  They came
back home, among them, many Christians.  They wrote to me for prayer.
When the judgment of God comes, remember: even the righteous may have
to suffer.

When God's judgments came upon Israel, and she was taken captive to
Babylon, righteous Daniel was among them!  He was a captive.  When
Israel was under the captivity of another foreign nation, righteous
Jeremiah was there!  Righteous Nehemiah was there.  The righteous
saints also go into the captivity!  Don't you forget that.  Don't
forget that.  You have been duped by all the false teachers and false
prophets in your country, deluding you and deceiving into thinking
that no matter what happens, you will always be protected.  As a
result, you are suffering from spiritual lethargy, hearing only that
which you want to hear and switching off when you don't want to hear.
You know, of you it is written in the Bible, "...those who have
itching ears, only wanting to hear pleasant words."

My dear brothers and sisters, the judgments of God are real.  The
countdown has begun.  You know, India and Pakistan came this close to
an all-out nuclear war.  If the war took place, the whole of Pakistan
would have been wiped out.  Four northern states in India would have
been wiped out.  And the defense analysts predicted that Pakistan
would have been uninhabitable for thirty years because of the nuclear
dust that would be hanging over the country.  The whole of north
India would have been wiped out.  Nepal would be wiped out.  Tibet
would be affected.  They came this close to an all-out nuclear war.
Somehow, God spared us.

My dear brothers and sisters, if you read the Holy Bible, forget
about church doctrines, forget about vain traditions and teachings of
men who only want to bilk you out of your money.  I am declaring to
you the oracles of God right now.  From Genesis to Revelation, if you
read the Holy Bible, it shows very clearly two things:  redemptive
judgment.  God judges!  ...because He is a good God.  From the garden
of Eden all the way up to the book of Revelation, you will see these
two themes:  love and judgment.  Not just love and love, and bless me
and bless me.  This is how your prophets and teachers are teaching
you today.  And they have not only corrupted the American church,
they are corrupting the Indian church.  They are corrupting the
Eastern church, they're corrupting the African church and they're
corrupting the European church.  It  (unbalanced teaching) has been
exported!  As much as God loved His first creation, His first-born
son, Adam, HIS HEART PAINED when He had to pronounce a judgment, "GET
OUT!!!"

Couldn't He have done something else to keep Adam there?  NO!  He
said, "GET OUT!!"  You can never stay in the garden of Eden.  GET
OUT!  From the protective nest, like new-born babies, thrown out, how
could they survive?  Although the Lord judged Adam and Eve, that
judgment had a redemptive aspect.  At the same time, the Lord clothed
them with coats of skin, and gave them access to forgiveness.

Now come to Genesis, chapter six.  For a hundred and twenty years,
this righteous and perfect man, Noah preached to the world.  120
years!  He was a preacher of righteousness.  For 120 years, God was
long-suffering toward the people.  He was patient for 120 years.
Patiently, hoping and waiting, that they would repent.  As much as he
was preaching for 120 years, he was also building the ark at the same
time.  As the cross is the sign of redemption, so was the ark in that
day.  Even if they would not believe Noah, the people had a visible
judgment, an evidence of judgment right before their eyes, ...this
huge ark that he was building.  They could not deny the ark that they
were seeing with their own eyes, yet they chose not to believe the
safety, the redemption that was right before their eyes.  They
ridiculed, they insulted, they made fun of Noah.  Not a single person
believed him.  For 120 years, the Lord gave them space for
repentance.  Even until the day when Noah entered into the ark, the
Lord waited patiently for another seven days, hoping against all hope
that the people would repent; that at least one would repent, that
they would enter into the ark.

Finally, there is a time...when the door of grace will be SHUT.  And
the Bible says, God shut the door from the outside.  Why?  Why didn't
Noah shut the door from the inside?  When the rain starting coming
down, when the first drop of rain came, everybody's eyes were opened,
that Noah was right for 120 years!   And guess what happened, they
all went and battered the door of the ark!  Noah, open the door!
Noah, open the door!  The cries of little children screaming,
"Grandpa Noah, OPEN THE DOOR! OPEN THE DOOR!"  How your heart would
feel if you were Noah!  Wouldn't you run to open the door?  Noah must
have felt like that.  When God closes the door, no man can open the
door.  That is the reason why God Himself shut the door.  He never
allowed Noah to shut the door, because Noah might have opened the
door.  Only one family was saved.  Only one family from an entire
generation.

My dear brothers and sisters, in the judgment that came upon the
whole world, love and redemption preserved one family.  Now come to
the book of Jonah: an entire nation walking in gross sin... but
before we go there, let's go to Sodom and Gomorrah.  Two great cities
of gays and lesbians.  An entire city dedicated to the gods of
homosexuality, worshiping homosexuality as their god, with no other
god beside that.  They were so gross in their sin that they even
wanted to have sex with the two angels that went to spy out the land.
Can you imagine how grossly, indecently corrupted, everything within
them was corrupted with lust, so much so Lot had to step in, and was
willing to sacrifice his own daughters, to protect the two men
(angels).  The judgment of God came down -- one family was spared.
Redemption in judgment.  But let me warn you right now, you can be so
close to redemption and yet lose it in the end.  Look at Lot's wife.
She was spared from judgment, running toward redemption, and she
missed the boat at the last moment.


Let her story be a warning to you.  In fact, the Lord Jesus Himself
said, "Remember Lot's wife."  Why did He say that?  Because many
people teach, "If you are once saved, you are forever saved."  That
is a teaching from the pit of hell.  Once saved is not forever saved.
(Technically, I do believe that, but not practically.)  Not from the
viewpoint of God, because it is written in Matthew 24:13, "He that
endures until the end, only HE shall be saved."  ...Enduring until
the end!  Lot's wife did not endure until the end.  As she was on the
road to redemption, she left behind her heart in Sodom and Gomorrah.
Her heart pulled her back.  And she turned and she saw, SAVED but
then suddenly DESTROYED!  Don't be deceived!  I tell you one more
time with great love and all humility, don't be deceived that once
saved is always saved.  Don't be deceived that just because you are a
tongue-talking Christian that you will be saved and caught up in the
rapture.  Don't be deceived.  He that endures until the end, only he
shall be saved.

Look at the story of Nineveh.  Jonah went there, preaching.  It took
three days to walk around the whole city.  For three days, he was
crying out, "REPENT!  If not, then in forty days you will be
destroyed!"  From the king to the animals, they all fasted for forty
days.  They repented in sackcloth.  God's heart was moved with
compassion.  Judgment was delayed, but Nineveh was eventually
destroyed because she only repented for a season, like you (America).


After 9/11, the whole nation appeared holy and repentant for a
season.  Now you are back to normal.  You are back to your filth.
You are back to your corruption, you are back to your sins.  You have
forgotten the repentance you did after 9/11.  The vows you have made
unto the living God after 9/11, you have forgotten!  The altars that
you had repaired after 9/11, you have forgotten!  And they are back
in ruins again!  The Scriptures say, "My Spirit shall not strive with
man forever."  My spirit shall not strive with man forever.

Now come with me to the New Testament, in Luke, chapter nineteen.
The Lord Jesus Christ looks at the city of Jerusalem, His beloved
city, His own city, He has no other city except Jerusalem.  He looked
at the city, and He beat His face and He cried, and cried and cried.
No one had ever seen the Lord Jesus crying like that before.  This
was even before He cried at Lazarus's tomb.  He was beating His face,
beating his breast and crying bitterly.  Why?  Because the very
people for whom He came, as the very personification of redemption,
they were going to reject the Messiah.  And what would result from
that rejection?  Judgment.  The Lord Jesus predicted, "Oh Jerusalem,
you are going to be destroyed!  They are going to siege you around!
You are going to be utterly destroyed!  Your city will be burned, you
will become ashes!"  He cried, like a mother crying for her baby.
Thirty-three and a half years after the Lord Jesus Christ was
crucified, Jerusalem was burned to ashes.  Not one time, but three
times, the city was burned to ashes.

My dear brothers and sisters, did she repent?  Did the church repent?
In the book of Acts, when the church was born, born in fire, born in
the power of the Holy Spirit, the foundation of the church was the
power of the Holy Spirit and the purity of God.  While the church was
growing, just as pride entered into the heart of Lucifer in Heaven,
sin came into the church in the form of one couple, named Ananias and
Sephira.  In trying to win good favor in the eyes of their senior
pastor, Peter, they sold their property, kept half the money, and
brought the other half of the money and lied to Peter, that this is
all the money, the entire proceeds from the sale of our estate.  We
are bringing it and laying it down at your holy feet.  If you read
Acts, chapter five very carefully, you will find that before Peter
pronounced judgment upon them, upon him firstly, there was a space
for him to repent.  Peter asked him, "are you sure it sold for this
amount of money?"  He said, "absolutely, yes, Peter."  ONLY THEN, the
judgment of God came down, and Peter said, "HOW DARE you lie against
the Holy Ghost."  Peter did not even say, how dare you lie against
me.  He said, how dare you lie against the Holy Spirit.  Peter said,
"DROP DEAD!"  Ananias dropped dead immediately.

After three hours, his wife came around.  Mercy and redemption were
stretched out toward her.  Peter asked her, "Tell me the truth, did
you sell your property for this amount of money?"  What could she
have said?  "No."  An opportunity was given to her to repent.  Please
take note of that.  An opportunity was given to her to repent.  Did
she make use of it?  No.  She continued in the delusion.  She
continued walking in the lie.  She continued believing in the lie
that she and her husband invented.  And she dropped dead next.

My dear brothers and sisters, let me lovingly tell you with great
love, God never judges before giving space for repentance.  Even when
He judges, it is toward redemption.  Judgment is redemptive, not
destructive.

Now come to Acts, chapter twelve.  King Herod proudly poses upon his
great might (and power).  And an angel of the Lord came and stood by
his side, drew out his sword, and (smote him).  In the natural, he
dropped dead on the floor.  The doctors would have classified that as
a heart attack.  But what happened in the spiritual realm?  An angel
of the Lord struck him dead.  How many of your preachers have died
suddenly?  If they die suddenly for some medical reason, you may
think it happened that way.  But I tell you today, Acts chapter
twelve was repeated many times: angels of the Lord standing there,
striking them dead.  If you read the book of Obadiah, chapter one,
verse three and four, you will read the prophet prophesying there,
"Though you fly up and make your nest among the stars, oh you eagle,
you will be brought down low."  Who do you think that is talking
about?  Though you make your nest among the stars...  How is your
flag?  "Though you make your nest among the stars, you will be
brought down low." ...because you have been deceived by the pride in
your hearts.  ...the arrogance in your heart, not by anything else.

America is good.  A good nation, a giving nation, a helpful nation.
And at the same time, a prideful, arrogant nation.  She thinks that
she has become great by the power and strength of her own might.  She
has forgotten that it is the Lord God that has lifted you up, blessed
you, made you strong and mighty, but you have forgotten your creator.

Look at the Book of Revelation, chapter two and three, the seven
messages to the seven churches that were existing at the time.  None
of them, except the church in Smyrna, received a (good) word from the
Lord Jesus Christ.  The rest of the six churches were receiving
conditional judgment.  If they repented, it would be well and good.
If not, I will even remove, the Lord said (to one particular church),
"I will remove your candlestick and you will be destroyed."

I was once preaching in a charismatic church in Singapore.  The
pastor invited me to his house for Christmas Day dinner.  Together
with me were his two church elders.  After dinner, before I left, he
said, please bless our family before you leave.  I stood to pray for
his family.  And the Lord Jesus Christ came and stood beside me and
said, "For three years, I have been coming to his church and looking
for fruits, and none are bearing.  Right now, I am going to cut this
tree."  Then I fell on my knees, and I interceded for the church.
For twenty-five minutes, I cried to the Lord.  "No Lord, please
don't.  Please don't.  Spare them Lord for one more year."  The Lord
Jesus heard my prayer and He said, "Because you asked, I will spare
them for one more year."  After the prayer, I called the pastor
privately and I told him this word (from the Lord).  And I totally
forgot about this entire event.  But, 365 days later, exactly to the
day, the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to me and He said, "The one year
is up."  I totally forgot about it.  He came and reminded me.  "The
one year is up.  And during that one year, she did not bear any
fruit.  NOW, the reapers will go and will cut the tree."  From the
moment the Lord Jesus spoke that word, I saw the tree of this church
withering day by day, by day.  Today, it does not exist.  Even the
pastor is no more the pastor of the church.  The church totally
closed up.  This is just one example that I have told you.  I could
tell you examples of many other churches where the Lord came and
removed the candlestick from the other churches.

(Another) church with whom I had a very close affiliation, it's like
I was a mother giving birth to the church (I gave birth to the
church).  But the very mother who gave birth to the church, -the very
mother-, had to use a dagger to stab her, like Abraham did.  One day
when I was in your church, the Lord Jesus appeared to me and He said,
"I am going to remove their candlestick."  When I told this to the
pastor, he laughed at me.  He said, "Brother, we are in the New
Testament.  We are under grace.  How would God ever do like (what you
have just said)?"  I looked at him and I said, "If I am a true
prophet of God, and if that word truly came from God, it will come to
pass."  And I shook off the dust off my feet that day, and I never
went back to that church again.  But one year later, the candlestick
was removed from the church.  And that church is no more in existence.

My dear brothers and sisters, don't take your salvation for granted.
Don't take your freedom for granted.  Don't take the mercy of God for
granted.  Don't take the redemptive grace of God for granted.
Several years ago, I was preaching at a conference in Sydney,
Australia.  You know the city of Sydney is exactly like the city of
San Francisco.  The very sins in San Francisco are the very sins in
Sydney.  The very sins that you see in New York City are the very
sins in Perth.  Two identical cities, on the east and west coast in
your nation are the same (in these spiritual respects) cities in
Australia, east and west coast.  They are always gateway cities.
While I was there, one evening an awesome angel came and stood before
me.  I am usually never fearful in the midst of angels, except when I
started seeing the chief princes of nations.  But that particular
angel, when he stood before me, I trembled and quaked like a leaf.
And he had like a bowl in his hand.  And he looked at me with a
fierce look in his eyes, and he said, "I am one of the two angels
that was sent out to spy Sodom and Gomorrah.  And I have been sent
here to spy out the city and pour this vial of judgment upon the
city."  Only then I understood why I was trembling.  With fear, I
fell on my face before God.  I prayed and prayed for the city of
Sydney.  I said, "Lord, not now.  There is still three more days for
the conference, Lord.  I will gather all the Christians to repent for
Sydney, to pray for this nation."  For a long time I was lying on my
face.  Finally, the countenance on the angel's face changed.  He
became calmer, and he said, "I am leaving now for a season."  And he
left.

That night I went to the conference.  Seven hundred people had come,
and I shared with them what I saw.  All the 700 people fell down on
their faces before God.  For forty-five minutes -- there was no
message that evening -- for forty-five minutes, they were all crying,
beating their faces, beating their breasts, and beating the
floors....  The whole auditorium was reverberating and echoing with
their tears and with their cries.  Everyone from the oldest to the
youngest were on their faces before God.

My dear brothers and sisters, I tell you one more truth today.  As
the chief prince angel of the United States of America stood before
me, he said, "Like the angels that went out to spy out Sodom and
Gomorrah, a host of angels are walking the length and breadth of your
country, spying out the land in a similar manner to how the two
angels did (at Sodom)."  I tell you, when the white missionaries go
to the East and to Africa to preach, we hear the gospel.  We turn
away from our millions of gods of wood and stone, and we turn back to
worship the true and living God.  But the gods we give up, you are
now embracing, and you are bowing down and worshiping them.  So who
is the greater heathen, tell me?  The nations in the East?  No way!
Because we are turning back to the righteous God.  And the supposedly
Christian nation is becoming a heathen nation where you have all
kinds of abomination.  You know, none of the Muslim nations in the
Middle East will allow (except for Bahrain, Kuwait and United Arab
Emirates, except for these three countries) -- the rest of the
countries would never allow a Christian church in their nation.  The
largest Muslim mosque outside the Middle East is in the United
Kingdom.  In fact, the headquarters for their European operation and
American operation is in the United Kingdom, a supposedly Christian
nation.  And the churches in the U.K. open their doors to allow the
Muslims to come in and use their very premises for the propagation of
Islam.  Would they (Muslim countries) do that?  They will not even
allow you (to practice openly in their country).  They consider
Christians infidels.  They will not even allow us into their
churches.  They will not allow us to build churches in their nations.
Whereas, we, in the name of the First Amendment, -- you know, your
very freedom has become your curse.  The very First Amendment that
you use to promote "freedom of speech" has become your very curse.
That's what the gays are now using.  The First Amendment.  We (the
gays, in this case) have the right to speak what we want, and you
(the church) cannot disagree with us.  Your freedom, your liberty,
has become your curse.

My dear brothers and sisters, unless you weep for your nation, great
judgment is going to come.  Unless rivers of intercession flow in
your nation, unless tears of repentance flow from your eyes, flow
from your churches and water this nation, judgments have been
pronounced.  You know, there is a certain group of angelic beings
called the Watchers.  We only read about them in one book of the
Bible.  The book of Daniel, chapter four, verses thirteen and
twenty-three.  This specific group of angelic beings are in charge of
executing and overseeing the plans of God and judgments of God over
each nation.  At their command, they can execute judgment.

I was in the nation of Indonesia in 1998, just after the fall of a
dictator that ruled that nation for thirty-two years.  On the first
day that I was in that nation, the chief prince angel over Indonesia
entered into my room, and he said, "Whatever has happened in this
nation has been decreed and ordered by the watchers in Heaven.  They
decreed and they said, let there be a change."  And overnight, the
dictator of thirty-two years was overthrown.  Overnight -- it did not
happen over a long period of time.  Overnight, he was overthrown --
decreed by the Watchers.  The same decree has been passed.  However,
-- you know, when a person is sentenced to death, he can have one
last final appeal to the president.  Do you have this in your
country?  We have this (law) there.  It is called the "President's
pardon".  If the President chooses to pardon, the person sentenced to
die can be (have their sentenced reduced) to life in prison.  You
(America) are in that stage (or situation) right now, and your only
appeal is to the Heavenly Father.  The final pardon is in His hands.

If not (if the church in America does not give enough intercession
and weeping), 9/11 was just a sample.  It will be repeated...and
repeated.  I was sharing this with our dear sister, God's prophetess,
Nita Johnson, what this angel shared with me.  And she shared with me
what other things that she and other prophets, true prophets, have
received.  I believe she will share with you from tomorrow onwards.

My dear brothers and sisters, God loves you.  If he did not love you,
an angel would not have come to give that word.  Let me tell you
today how God works.  If He wants to execute a judgment, He will just
carry it out without informing His prophets.  He would do that.  Why
does He tell His prophets?  Amos, chapter three, verses seven and
eight say, "God will not do anything before He tells His prophets."
Why?  So that they will pray.  God wanted to destroy Sodom and
Gomorrah, but why tell Abraham beforehand?  So that he would
intercede and pray for the salvation of Lot.  He (Lot) was under the
same curse.  He (God) could have just destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.
Why inform Abraham first?  Even today, God follows this same
principle.  Why is God informing you?  So that you can be saved.  So
that you will repent.  So that you will cry out to God.  So that His
entire pronouncement can be overturned, and mercy can come upon your
nation.

You know, it is not so much God's wrath, but the hardness of your
hearts, the hardness and sins in your hearts that must be changed,
and the nation will turn back from unrighteousness to righteousness.
You have an awesome call upon your nation.  You know, the symbol of
your nation, a flying eagle, was not chosen by your forefathers by
accident.  An eagle is a Heavenly bird.  It's supposed to be up there
in the heavenlies with God, not down on the ground like a vulture,
eating flesh.  But you, the mighty eagle, have now become an ugly,
flesh-eating vulture.  The church is no better.  The standards of the
world have crept into the church.  Are you pure?  You are filthy and
stinking!  When I first came to America, the first television program
that I ever appeared on was in Chicago.  And after interviewing me,
the host of the program asked me a question.  This was my first visit
to America. I was asked (what I thought of the church in America...)

When there's a gay pastor standing in the pulpit, when there's a gay
bishop in the pulpit, and they sanctify same-sex marriage in the
church.  Wouldn't you think the church would stink?  And in the name
of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, you stand in the pulpit
and you declare all kinds of false prophecies and all kinds of filth,
and someone declares (from the pulpit), "God told me to marry my
secretary and divorce my wife."  Wouldn't this stink?  And in the
name of Christ, Christians are adopting many worldly practices,
including body-piercing.  What is the difference between you and the
world?  You are called to be separate.  You are called to be
peculiar.  What is so peculiar about you if your lifestyle is exactly
the same as the world?  What is so peculiar?  Why then should
non-believing Americans get saved?  Why?

When the church is stinking, why should they get saved?  That is the
reason why many are embracing Islam.  They are embracing Buddhism.

Did you know, let me tell you truth, Buddhism is the fastest growing
religion in North America.  Not Christianity, which is decreasing in
size.  The church in Europe is decreasing in size.  Islam is the
fastest growing religion in Europe.  What's happening to you?  The
church is growing in the East.  The church is growing in Africa.  But
you are shrinking.  Why?  Because (your lack of loyalty or fidelity
to the teachings of Christ) stinks.  Why should they, a non-Christian
American, get saved and become like a pig?  They are (already like
this) in the world.  Why should they be transformed into pig in the
church?  Tell me now in all honesty.  Do you think that you deserve
the grace of God?  You don't.  Do you honestly believe, as you see
your own condition better than I do, do you honestly think that you
deserve the mercy of God?  No.  Yet, God is good God.  His mercy
endures forever.  (The passage in Scripture states), "The Lord, God
is good, merciful, forgiving, merciful to a thousand generations.  In
the many names of God that are mentioned in Scripture, three times it
talks about His goodness.  Only one time it says that He will judge,
which means His goodness is three times greater than His judgment.

My dearly beloved American brothers and sisters, the Lord Jesus
Christ loves you very much.  But He cannot accept a corrupted church.
He loves you.  If not, this meeting would not have been held.  He
loves you very much.  But He cannot accept a compromising church.  He
loves you, but He cannot accept deceiving teachers, and lying
prophets.  But the wheat and tares have been allowed to grow at the
same time.  He has allowed it, patiently waiting, hoping against all
hope that you will repent.  ...Every little judgment that He sends to
you, hoping against all hope that you will repent.  But you are not.
You know, I fear that your fate will be as exactly what happened to
Jerusalem.  The Lord Jesus said, "Prophets after prophets were sent
to you, Jerusalem.  Instead of embracing them, you stoned them to
death.  And (as) the final prophet, I am coming.  You have not known
the hour of your visitation, oh Jerusalem.  And now, therefore, the
hour is coming when you will be sieged all around, and you will be
desolate.  What would you like to choose?

Let's all bow our head for a word of prayer.  What will you choose?
Will you cause a river of intercession to flow in your nation?  Will
you cause a river of intercession to flow in your nation?  Or are you
going to just sit here and let this word run down your back like
water on a duck's back?  Can God count on you?  Can all the hosts of
Heaven count on you that you will intercede?  That you will weep like
Jeremiah?  Can He count on you?  If you are willing, get up from your
seats right now, and fall down on your face before God.  And lift up
your heart and cry for your nation now!  Lift up your hearts and cry
for your nation now!  Lift up your heart and cry for your nation.
Oh, America, oh beautiful America, won't you repent?  Tear your
heart!  Tear your heart!  And cry for your country!  I am not asking
you to cry for India!  Cry for your own nation!  Tear your
heart.....Cry out to Him for His mercy!  Tell Him, We have sinned
Lord!  We have sinned, Lord....  We have turned our backs against
you, God!  Cry out to Him...Cry out to Him now!  Let the rivers of
intercession flow now...Oh you daughters of America, let your tears
flow now, let your tears flow.  Cast away your good-for-nothing
pride!  Cast away your pride.  Your military might is nothing before
God.  Cast away your arrogance.  Cast away your sexual sin!  Cry,
cry, takes (America's) sins onto your shoulders, and cry now.  Let
your tears flow like rivers now.  Let your tears flow like rivers.
The children in the East are repenting and turning back to
righteousness.  Oh My children in America, will you be destroyed?
Will you perish, while they who are sitting in darkness are turning
back to righteousness and light?  Oh ye, that were of light and
sitting in the light, why have you embraced darkness?  Why have you
allowed your understanding to be darkened?  Why have your beauties
turned into corruption?  Cry out to Him.  Cry out to Him now...

The Spirit of Christ is telling me now; the only way that
righteousness can spring up in this nation is if the church will turn
back to righteousness.  And she will weep and sow righteousness into
the land.  Oh you daughters of America, don't just mechanically pray.
Don't just pray because I asked you to pray.  Tear your heart!  Tear
you inner heart!  And turn back to God with weeping, with fasting,
with repentance.  Turn back to God!

(Spirit of grace and spirit of supplication, come and abide in us!)

(Forty-five minutes or so of weeping and intercession is offered.
Then Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj returned to offer these additional words.)

The angel over the United States of America is still standing here.
And he showed me that all your intercession (just offered) is just a
drop in the bucket that he has in his hand.  And the word of the Lord
that has just come to me is this, "If My people who are called by My
name will humble themselves, seek My face and pray, and turn back
from their wicked ways, I will hear their prayers, I will forgive
their sins and I will heal their land."  Lift up your hands to God,
America.

end of Mr. Selvaraj's message.)

I saw this angel and he had the American flag in his hand.  And you
know that crown that is on the Statue of Liberty was upon the head of
this angel.  And tears were flowing down his face.  And he said if
you love your nation as I love your nation, you will weep like this.
And you will weep and you will weep, and you will not cease to weep
until you break through in God for your nation.  Those of you who are
here who attend the gatherings, I want you to know that this does not
negate anything we are doing in the Gatherings.  The whole plea from
the beginning was to gain people who will weep for America.  God said
He wanted tears to cover this land.  Tears of repentance, tears of
intercession for America.  And He said if He did not get it, He would
destroy America.  Not the devil, but God.  The child that He loves,
He will destroy if He does not get the tears of repentance and
intercession that He requires.  Those of you who aren't sure if you
want to believe the word that Sundar gave, I could go right back
through his word and give you date and time when I have received
visitations from angels and from the Lord Himself with the identical
word, over the last fifteen years.  This word is very serious, but it
is a precious treasure.  It is a precious treasure given to you from
the throne of God.  He does not cast His pearls before swine.  So He
trusts you to do something with the word that was given.  Don't
(just) receive it today, weep, and think you have done your part.
You have not done your part until America is in glory instead of
destruction.

You have got one call tonight.  What is it?  Weep.  Weep, and weep,
and weep, and weep, and weep some more.  I talked to one pastor of a
very large church, asking him to get involved with the healing of
America.  A very large and popular church.  He was absolutely
indignant.  He wanted to know why he should have to weep before God.
And why he should have to fast.  He had an illness.  This should
break your heart, because these are the leaders you are listening to.
These are the leaders you are following, and that is why your eyes
are dry instead of weeping.  The prophetic word, when it comes, the
clear, concise, pure and holy word cuts like a knife, doesn't it?
The fear of God grips your heart, and you feel like you can hardly
breathe.  And it is a new experience for the church.  But it is a
necessary experience.  We can't keep running to the shepherds who
want to stroke us when America is burning.  So the angel said, if you
love America as I do, you will weep, and you will keep on weeping
until you break through to God.  How many of you will not stop
weeping tonight, you will keep weeping until God forgives America and
heals our land?  Bless your hearts.  Weep for yourselves first, then
weep for America.

A Great Earthquake Coming
February 3, 2006

Dear Brethren

Isaiah 24: 19-20, "The earth is violently broken, the earth is split
open, the earth is shaken exceedingly.  The heart shall reel to and
fro like a drunkard, and shall totter like a hut; Its transgression
shall be heavy upon it, and it will fall, and not rise again."


While I was in Romania, one night after my devotions I went to bed,
exhausted and in need of much sleep having ridden in a truck all day
delivering food to families.  It had been a hard day, and we had to
push the truck out of snow banks and ditches more than once.  My body
ached, and all I really wanted was to get some good rest.

As I fell into a deep sleep I had a dream.   I dreamt I was in a
hotel room, asleep, when the bed began to shake violently.   I knew
what was happening right away.   Having lived in California in the
1980’s I was keenly aware of what an earthquake felt like.   Suddenly
I was no longer in bed, but high above San Francisco bay, looking
down on the golden gate bridge.   As I watched it, it began to
shudder, break apart, and fall into the waters below.   I continued
to watch the devastation, seeing buildings collapse, and masses of
people trying to find shelter.   Then a voice spoke out of the
heavens, a voice I had never heard before, a voice of great
authority.   "I will shake this land from its foundations, such as
the eyes of this generation has not seen.   The world will stand in
awe, and tremble in fear, as even the very geography of this nation
will be transformed.   My wrath is ready to be poured out, for sin
has overrun My temple."

In my dream I began to weep, not due to the devastation I was seeing,
but due to the great power of the voice I was hearing.   I woke up
trembling, unable to breathe, and tired as I was I could not go to
sleep again.

Shortly before sunrise, my phone began to ring, and when I answered
it, it was my brother Daniel.  "Are you awake?" he asked, "Yes", I
answered.

"I had a dream last night," he continued, "it was a terrible
dream.  I dreamt of a big earthquake coming to America."

When I told him I'd had the same dream, he was silent for some time
then said, "I'm coming over so we could pray."

He had just arrived at my apartment, when my phone rang again.  It
was a brother from 200 kilometers away, who is prophetically gifted,
and has spoken many words over me that have come to pass.

"Is this Mike?" when I answered in the affirmative, he said, "I had a
dream last night, and I felt I needed to call and tell you about
it.  I dreamt of a terrible earthquake in your country, I saw a big
bridge that just collapsed I saw destruction as I have never seen
before.  Does this mean anything to you?"

It took me some time to find something to say.  I was speechless, and
could find no words.  On the same night, three different people had
the same dream, with the same vivid details.   Knowing that the
brother had a prayer group that met nightly, I asked him to remember
America in their prayers whenever they prayed, and he said he
would.  Before he hung up he said, "Mike I've had many dreams in my
life, the Lord willed it so, but none has scared me as the dream I
had last night.  Only God can protect someone through something like
that, there is no other hope but to run to Him."

No matter what may come upon this land, we know that God abides with
His faithful, keeping them, guiding them, and protecting
them.  Events will begin to unfold upon this earth, that will make
even the mightiest of men tremble in fear, but knowing that we have a
shelter from the storm, a sovereign God who watches over us,
fearlessly we press on faithful in all that He asks of us.

Psalm 91:7-11, "A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at
your right hand; But it shall not come near you.  Only with your eyes
shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked.  Because you have
made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your habitation,
no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your
dwelling; For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you
in all your ways."

I don't know where to begin.  So much has been shown to me regarding
the state of America.  God began showing me much of this about a year
and a half ago.  The Lord began showing me many things about a
difficult time coming in our country.  He has shown me that there is
an agenda that man is not able to see (nor most of the church for the
church is not being very discerning for the most part but judge
rather by sight) in the Bush administration.  I have no doubt about
it.  I have prayed through dreams and visions for too long.

The Lord gave me visions about the assassination of George W. Bush in
2003.  I had a dream about a sister killing a sister.  They were
twins.  But most people did not know there were two sisters.  They
only saw the one.  Her murder was brutal and vicious by her twin.
  When I awoke that morning I felt really strange about the dream.
  Throughout the day, the dream weighed on me.  I began to really pray
about the dream.  As I prayed, the Lord began to take me into the
spiritual realm.  I saw the edge of heaven (as I often do) and saw
the angels standing there watching over the earth.

Then there were a great sigh in heaven and on the earth a great gasp.
  I asked the Lord, 'What is this?  What's happening?'  The Lord said,
'Your dream is about something that will happen that will bring great
shock to all the earth.  And on this day something very terrible will
happen and a darkness will cover the earth as never before.'  I felt
a heaviness like never before.  I began to pray.  I prayed for
several days and then weeks about the dream.  A  friend who is
knowledgeable of the Bible prophecies tried to help me.  But that
didn't help much.  I prayed longer and I had a vision.

I saw President Bush laying with a fatal wound. He was not breathing
and there was no doubt he was dead.  I felt so faint after the
vision.  I couldn't speak of what I was seeing. I was horrified.  I
prayed and wept and prayed, 'Lord, don't let it be.'   I don't like
the man but I love all people and long nothing bad for anyone.  I had
the vision a few more times over a period of several weeks.  I was
weak and trembling as though my energy had been taken from me as i
had these experiences.

I prayed and the Lord showed me, 'The world will be told that the
killer is someone other than the killer.  The killer is one of Bush's
own.  Bush will become a liability at some point.  He will no longer
be needed to further the agenda.  He knows only in part what the plan
of the enemy is.  Evil will begin to truly reign on the earth.
  America will fall.  Antichrist will reign.'   I asked, 'Can this be
stopped?'  And I began to pray for Bush.  The Lord said something I
had never heard him say before.  'No.  It will happen. Nothing can
stop it.'  And I felt a barrier against my prayer.  I had never
experienced that before. I stopped praying for Bush to live but began
to pray for his heart to be fully right with God before this happens
because the Lord shows me over and over that Bush is programmed and
controlled by the occult and that Bush's heart is far from the Lord.

I had several visions about Cheney being seated in the famous
painting by Da vinci, 'The Last Supper'.  I laughed at the vision but
then realized the Lord was showing me this.  I didn't understand it.
  Then later, I had a dream about Cheney deceiving Christians.  I
revealed the truth and he threatened me.  He told me in detail how he
had killed Christians before and how he would viciously and horribly
do it again.  I also had visions about Cheney with Hitler's bones
which symbolized a lot of things.  I had a vision of him desiring
that the poor and minorities be destroyed in this nation for 'They
are holding the elite back.'  Of course, the Illuminati are all about
the 'elite, pureblood whites.'

I couldn't bring myself to talk about this for a while.  I didn't
even want to think of it.  I avoided the news.  In fact, I came to a
point that I didn't want to experience anymore visions or dreams.  I
couldn't emotionally take anymore and for a while things did quieten.
  The Lord knew what I needed.

The Lord has shown me a number of things that are to come.  There
will be Christian persecution.  I have seen some ugly stuff.  The use
of technology, computers,  satellites and things like medications and
tasers will be used against the people of God.  I had a dream that I
was in New York City and was watching Bush make a speech on TV.  I
felt a great vibration and looked outside and saw a huge cloud of
smoke rising.  I looked back to the TV and Bush was silent as if he
were seeing it in Washington also.  I believe it was a nuclear
explosion.

I also have had several dreams of different colored airplanes running
into buildings. The different colors represent different nations, I
believe they will attack the U.S.  I have had dreams and visions of
myself being persecuted.  The Lord showed me that Randy will be
arrested at some point and me and the kids will end up leaving the
state because of this.  I have seen people helping me.  I don't know
who they are but have seen them in visions.

The Lord has shown me that the Muslim people are a part of the
persecution but they are not what we are really fighting against.  We
are fighting against much more.  There are many powerful demonic
forces and America has one of the biggest (if not the biggest).  We
must realize the battle is spiritual, stop looking at things in the
physical and start walking in the Spirit and by the Spirit.  It will
be our only chance for all the nations will be under the enemy's
power.  But we can take comfort for the Lord prepares his people.
  The Lord is with his people and will care for them!

One of the things the Lord is showing me is that Russia seeks
vengeance on the US. There is a hatred of America in Russia that is
being hidden.  Many prophets from around the world have prophesied
that Russia will attack America at some point.  When I had read them
at first, I kind of laughed that off yet was interested in the fact
that these people had the same visions/dreams/prophetic words despite
miles and years in distance.  But being skeptical I said,   'Yeah,
right.  The cold war is over.'  But then the Lord showed me some
things in visions in the last few weeks.  Now, I have a friend who
lives about 50 miles out of Moscow and he tells me that things are
really crazy there right now.  Putin may revert to communism or a way
similar to that.  Even as I write this I feel the tension there.  In
my spirit.  Something is coming from Russia.

Some of the strangest (and most wonderful) things I have seen have
been about angels. The Lord has allowed me to see angels a lot and
understand their presence on the earth. They are so  numerous!  And
they are so involved in the details of things going on in our world.
  There are different types of angels in heaven and earth.  He has
shown me even how they worship the Lord which is nearly indescribable
in our words.  It was so beautiful though and amazing.  I have seen
angels that are assigned to people who have important work to do in
the times to come.   The Lord has shown me this because his people
will need to know this in days that are very difficult.  We must know
of the army of angels the Lord has put on the earth for our behalf!
  Our lives will depend on that in so many ways.


More specific things I saw regarding areas in the US are:

Detroit, Michigan being flooded due to a catastrophe.  I had a dream
about Detroit and it was after many bad things had happened.  The
skies were blue which to me in the dream seemed really odd.  I had
the same vision 10 times about the southern US being burned to ash.
  From Oklahoma down through Fla, blackened and burned.  Some places
weren't burned but people could no longer live there.  An area of
highway was torn up.  IT seemed like it might have been from an
earthquake (a rather small one). The sky in Memphis is black and
green and the area is void of people.  Even my home is gone and the
area around it is black.  I saw an explosion in the Smokey Mountains
in another vision.

I had a dream of going to war with North Korea that I opposed.  The
first attack was from North Korea and it came because America was
doing things she shouldn't do regarding them. I saw blood, battle and
death.  Horrible.

Since the beginning of October I started sensing a danger in America.
  I couldn't explain it.  I prayed, 'Lord it is because of the
activity of the occult, right?'  The Lord said, 'They are active but
there is more.'  I prayed and the heaviness was so heavy. I had a
vision of a great plan to attack in many places in the US by Islamic
militants.  I sensed it strongly and prayed it be thwarted.

But then I began to have visions of a dark cloud rolling in.  I
prayed, 'Lord what is this?'  He said, 'It is of me.'  I went up into
the cloud.  I saw within it a great and powerful energy.  The Lord
said, 'This is my judgement for America.  It is here.  It must come
to pass so that the lost can be saved.'

Then I looked for the end of it and there was no end to the cloud.
  The sky became completely covered.  And the Lord said, 'Never again.
  This country will not be the same ever again.'  I saw this vision
several times.

The cloud is here.  It hasn't left and we will see things happening
soon.  At one point I saw a greater number of demons operating in the
US and they were laughing arrogantly, 'We are powerful!  Look at us
here doing evil!'  I then saw God looking over the edge of Heaven and
heard him say, 'Only for a time will you have power. Only to bring my
will to pass.  It is all given of me.'

One morning I awoke and heard two angels over me discussing the end
times.  I knew they had been talking for a long time but had no
memory of their conversation except 'Let America take her hands off
of Israel so that the kings will fall.' or something very close to
that.  It seemed almost like they were speaking things into my
subconscious mind, if that makes sense.

I had a dream of people holding up a sign in bold colors of red and
white.  I hear said over and over, 'This is the symbol of the
antichrist.'  I would awaken at this time every time in the dream.  I
wouldn't remember the sign.  Then I dreamed it a third time and I saw
the sign.  It was  a bright red W on a white banner.

I had a vision about the man who made the video and threatened an
attack.  The Lord showed me that man was very serious and the attack
was real despite what they said on the news.  Then the Lord showed me
that he didn't have a lot of power behind his attack though.  It is
different than the attack I saw planned by a wealthy group who are
great in number.

Regarding the election, I had a vision of the arrogant demons again.
  They shout, 'America doesn't choose.  We do!  We have the power.
  They don't!'.  They are working in the US as the election
approaches.  Again the Lord says, 'Only because I allow it.'  The
Lord is powerful and will fully reign!



Here are the most interesting visions I had during this time.  The
one of the winged creature, I had the night of the election.


Vision, October 19, 2004

I pray at this time and have a vision:

I see Bush walking with what he thinks is Christ but it is not
Christ. He is deceived. I see men whispering words in his ears and
they have wicked smiles.

Then I sense a presence that chills me. I turn around (in the spirit)
and see this creature. It almost looks metal and robotic at first.
Its eyes roll around looking every way. I notice it is very slender.
Its arms are outstretched very far. I see its legs are like a
grasshopper. It has long straight hair that is all the same length
and rests just below its shoulders. There is some kind of design on
its torso but it is not intricate. Its arms stretch out like tree
branches and there are branches on them that extend out. I see a
branch in nearly every nation on the earth. It has some kind of power
or connection to all nations. It has a long thick tail much like a
dragon or some reptiles. My attention is drawn away to its teeth.
They are vicious and sharp and numerous. I hear a voice behind me
say, 'They can crush iron to powder.' I see the powerful jaws begin
to move almost mechanically and viciously and dreadfully. I hear the
voice again, 'It will crush the Christians' bones to powder.' I see
another vision of the creature coming out of a pit. It looks much
more fleshy here. I discern that it is a demon coming out of the pit.
I am chilled and grieved as I watch this thing. I am weak.

I look around to the angel who has been speaking to me.'Who is this?' I ask.

'It will have rule over the men of the world. It will harm mankind,'
the angel says.

'Who does it work through?' I ask.

'Cheney's demons prepare its way,' the angel says, 'This is his task.
He is very controlled.'

'Will the church still be here?' I ask.

'There will be believers on the earth.Many will suffer death at the
creature's hands.' It says.

'Cheney prepares the way,' the angel says.

'And no other leader?' I ask almost perplexed. I see Putin's face
suddenly. I say to the angel, 'But I see Putin!' Then I saw Putin's
eyes grow very dark and sinister and he snaps with a vicious mouth
one time like a wolf. I sense great rage.

'What has this to do with the creature?' I ask.

'His rage makes the walls of America fall. She will no longer stand.
Although Russia will have a rule it will not be a rule that is of the
creature.' the angel says.

I cry, 'God help us!'

I turn my head to see heaven. I see a band of saints walking and
Jesus emerges out from among them. He is shimmering and sparkling. It
is hard to describe. He smiles at me full of love. I feel his love
and goodness. 'Oh, Lord. I love you so much!' His love is rich and
permeates me through and through.

'Kim, you will endure. You will be fine. Just remember my words.' he says.

Post subject: Vision of a Winged Creature

The Lord showed me a few days ago a demonic power rising in the mid
US somewhere around Iowa. I began to pray on election night, for Iowa
is not going to be able to bring out its numbers until tomorrow
sometime. This may have meaning. As I prayed, I saw many things but
this is the thing that stands out the most.

I see a demon that looks much like a sting ray hovering over and
flying to and fro over USA. It is looking for a place to land. I move
closer to it. It has the face of an angel. It looks like many angels
I have seen. Identical. Then it looks over to me and its face is
suddenly changed into a very distorted and demonic face. It's skin is
darker and it has gnashing teeth. It screeches horribly. I have never
heard this kind of sound before.

Then its face turns back to a handsome, angelic face again.

I ask the Lord, 'What is this?'

Then I hear a voice say, 'It is the face of a new nation.'

I visualize it landing. When I see it land, it turns into a statue. I
sense that people adore it and revere it as they do the Statue of
Liberty or the American flag. It seems to be a patriotic symbol that
is somewhat 'worshipped'.

I see the face again and the creature spreads out its long dark wings.

I ask, 'What are you going to do?'

It says, 'Rule'.

I say, 'Where?'

It says, 'America.'

I ask, 'Only America?' because I am wondering where it comes from.

Then it spreads its wings and I see it fly over Europe and all the
way to the end of Asia. As it stops on Japan, I see myself looking
down on Japan and I feel a stab in my spirit. I nearly lose my
breath. Either there is something important here about Japan or
simply that this creature will rule the entire Northern Hemisphere.

I see the creature looking at me. It looks Greek or Roman to me now.
Then I see colors of pale blue in its wings a light color blue keeps
flashing before me and a bleak gray color as well.

'What is your name?' I ask.

'I am all nations.' it says.

A serious word of prophecy!


Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good.
(1 Thessalonians 5:20, 21)

This is such an awesome word in its specificity and seriousness from
a loving and tenderhearted man, Maurice Sklar, also a magnificent
violist, whom I love and respect as a true brother and servant of the
Lord, that I feel to send it on almost in its entirety to you, hoping
it will cause us to seek the Lord with all of our hearts for
cleansing and dedication to His purposes and turning from everything
that still keeps us captive. May it be so!

THE PREPARATION OF THE BRIDE

"And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write? I know thy
works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or
hot. So then, because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I
will spew (vomit) thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am
rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest
not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and
naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou
mayest be rich; and white rainment that thou mayest be clothed, and
that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes
with eye-salve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and
chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the
door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will
come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that
overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also
overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that hath
ears to hear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches."
( Revelation 3:14-22)

As I was reading and meditating on this scripture, the Lord said to me:

"I am sending my refining fire into the church.  I am separating My
bride from the Laodicean church of today.  I am preparing her.  I am
purifying her. She will be without spot and without blemish.  I will
return for her in the midnight hour.  Only those that are watching
and praying; only those who are embracing the message of the cross
and holiness; only those that walk in the power of My spirit in
moment by moment obedience; only those who are overcomers will be a
part of My bride.

Most of those in the church will not be ready for Me when I come for
My bride. Many think they are saved, but they are not at all. They
are serving pleasures, lusts, and are in love with themselves.  They
are consumed with this present world and its' selfish ways.  They are
in love with money, success, and covet fame, position and power.
They do not want to deny themselves, take up their cross and follow
Me. They refuse to forsake all. Therefore, they will not be ready and
will be left behind to face the great judgments that are about to
come upon the world. Warn those that are lukewarm and have left their
first love for Me, that if they do not repent, I will vomit them from
My body.

I am preparing My bride. This is her hour of glory! I am purifying
her.  I am adorning her with My crowns and My jewels and My beautiful
gowns.  She shall be without spot or blemish. She will be dressed in
My robes of righteousness - pure, clean and white.  Who will come to
Me and buy from Me what they so desperately need?  It still is not
too late.   Repent, and return to Me with all of your hearts, so that
you do not perish with this evil world.

I am sending a mighty army from mainland China along the old silk
trade routes and into the unreached nations that have been called the
10/40 window.  When they finally reach Jerusalem, THEN KNOW that the
wedding day is upon you. Look up, for your redemption draweth nigh. I
will then come in the clouds and meet you in the air! But, the
remaining nations must still hear my gospel of grace. This will be
the final and greatest harvest that the world has ever seen.

Many hundreds of millions are waiting to hear the good news in China,
in India, and in the other Buddhist and Muslim dominated regions of
Asia, the near east and the middle east, as well as the poorest of
nations in Africa and central and South America, as well as the
hundreds of islands in the oceans of the earth. I am shifting my
focus to them. But you, O church of America and the West have
prostituted yourself at every opportunity before every high place and
idol shrine.  You have substituted religion for My Presence.  You
shall surely perish when the fullness of My wrath comes upon Babylon.
You shall be utterly burned with fire. You have heard and received
the fullness of My love and grace, America.  Still, you spit in My
face and harden your hearts and refuse to turn back to Me.


Europe, you rejected Me and threw Me out.  For hundreds of years you
provoked Me to wrath. You despised My people Israel and slaughtered
them in a rage that reached to heaven after robbing the Jewish people
and throwing them out of nation after nation.  You did this all in My
Name!! How can you escape the wrath to come?! You cannot. Therefore,
you shall receive and drink the fullness of My cup of wrath. Prepare
to meet your God, O Europe!  Europe, you shall receive ?the king?
that you desire to worship instead of Me. He is soon to come forth.
When you receive his mark, you will be eternally damned.

O Babylon, You drove My people from their homes in Gaza, and then
started upon Judea and Samaria in Israel.  Therefore, I will drive
you from your homes in direct proportion, as you have seen in New
Orleans, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast.  There will follow two more
judgments ? one in a major city of Europe and one in the Arab nations
in the middle east before the end of this year.

I will shake California in a warning, and then there shall finally
come the earthquake that I have mercifully withheld for so many
years.  Millions shall perish in the ensuing floods and the west
coast of America shall be removed and fall into the ocean.  Boston
shall experience a major attack upon a great school that once
preached My gospel in ages past but has left the faith of their
fathers ? never to return again.  It will never be rebuilt again.
There shall be 5 terrorist attacks that will hit America in ever
increasing destruction upon the major cities. Before the end of 2007,
a nuclear "dirty bomb" will blow up in a major city in the south of
America.

New York City will receive 3 major judgments before the end of 2008.
Each one will be more devastating than the last. One will shake the
entire financial world and cripple the once invincible financial
power of America. Millions will lose everything in a moment. It will
make the crash of the stock market in 1929 look like a little thing
in comparison. America will no longer be the financial leader of the
world. Another judgment will destroy a major stadium during a sports
event. Yet another explosion will destroy nearly an entire Borough of
New York. But for the sake of the Jewish people in New York, I will
supernaturally spare them.  After this, I will cause the largest
aliyah (return) of My people (the Jewish people) from New York (and
other regions throughout the developed world to Israel) in all of
history.  But only after the entire financial system that they are
dependant on collapses will they all return to the land that I have
promised them.

Tokyo, Japan.  Hong Kong, China. Johannesburg, South Africa.
Calcutta, India. Sidney, Australia.  Chicago, Illinois.  Los Angeles,
California.  Paris, France and many other cities will experience
major catastrophies in the next five years.   Millions upon millions
will perish. The aids epidemic will devastate the population in
Africa to half of its' present size in the next 4 years. Many other
incurable diseases, famine, drought and starvation will soon
devastate the under-developed nations of the world in a way that has
never occurred before.  North Korea will launch a sudden nuclear
attack and then be completely destroyed. Only the prayers of South
Korea can stop it.  Pakistan will become a leading center for world
terrorism and will experience a nuclear attack, also.

Israel is soon to once again send their planes and blow up the
nuclear "plants" of Iran. Syria will soon collapse economically and
be replaced by a fanatical Islamic government. A major coordinated Al
Qaeda terrorist attack will blow up many historic places in Europe
that were once bastions of true Christian faith, worship, art and
music.

If America does not stand up now and defend Israel instead of forcing
Israel from their land, we will continue to face the devastating
consequences here.

This is but a fraction of what is soon to come if there is not
repentance and turning back to Me.

I will shake all the nations, and then after each disaster, I will
pour out My grace and bring in a mighty harvest of souls for My
kingdom. As birth contractions happen with a pregnant woman, so will
these events happen ever faster and greater. Each one will be more
devastating than the last one, and each one will come closer and
closer together.  Haven't I said exactly this in My Word? Each
disaster will judge and smash an idol that is worshipped by the world
system of Babylon. I will then show Myself as the one true God over
them all.

I will judge Hollywood and the entire movie industry for the millions
upon millions of souls that they seduced and sent to hell.  I will
judge the news media and the television industry.  I will judge the
music industry.  I will overturn the whole music industry in such a
way that they can never pollute the world ever again. I will judge
the internet pornography industry. Whole internet computer systems
will be permanently shut down. I will judge the abortionists and
their supporters.  I will judge and reverse the Supreme Court.  For a
short time they shall change the laws to fear and honor Me.

There is coming a revival of morality and religion in America as a
result of these calamities, but it will be a false one for the most
part. God will become popular in the culture, but not the Bible and
My name (Jesus).  It will be a false gospel message.  Not many will
truly be born again. Only a remnant in My church will truly stay in
right relationship to Me.  When you see me take Billy Graham and Oral
Roberts home, you will know that America and the West have received
their last call.  As I said in My Word, unless the Father would
shorten these days, even the elect would not be saved. The deception
of "Christian religion" will grow so great, that it will be nearly
impossible to recognize the true prophets and teachers from the false
ones.  Counterfeit miracles and false "signs and wonders" will come
and deceive many.  Churches will preach a "success and personal
achievement" gospel.  Even false healing meetings will come and
actually produce real miracles, but they will not bring the people to
Me.  The preaching of My supreme Lordship, the cross, My blood,
holiness, and the fear of the Lord will become more and more rare,
even more than it has become during the last 35 years.

Nevertheless, I have supernaturally preserved and kept My bride pure
and faithful to Me. I will continue to do so. Most of My bride is in
mainland China now. Many are in Asia, and Korea and India and Brazil
and Russia and Kenya and Nigeria and throughout Africa.  Most of My
bride is hidden away in their prayer closets and have been persecuted
and driven out of the churches by abusive pastors and false prophets,
ministry leaders, and oppressive government leaders. Many are in
prison. Some are daily dying of starvation and disease. Most of My
bride has been beaten and left by the side of the road by the
religious 'wolves in sheep's clothing'.  They have been forgotten by
the blinding greed of those hoarding their money and riches.  Only
the Good Samaritans can even spot them and see them. The rest are
blinded. Only a few really love My bride the way that I do.

My bride is being purified through the fire of many trials of
afflictions and persecutions at this present hour. Those that walk in
My love and embrace the cross are being separated and persecuted by
the Laodicean church.  Those that are truly anointed and bringing the
pure Word from My throne are being thrown out of the pulpits of the
land and off of 'Christian Television' in favor of  the confession of
the Laodicean church: 'I am rich, I am increased with goods and have
need of nothing.  I am healed.  I am blessed.'  Really????  Are
you????  It doesn't look that way from My throne in heaven!

Beware of any teaching that is selfish and appeals to your lusts and
feeds the love of money in your lives. THAT teaching does not come
from heaven. That is not My voice.  My blessings come through seeking
first the Kingdom and My righteousness, not from heaping riches upon
yourself while the rest of the world starves to death and dies and
goes to hell because of your selfishness and greed.  You will see
when you stand before Me what the TRUE RICHES are. The souls of the
lost are the jewels in the crown of My bride.

My worshippers and musicians, artists and those that carry special
anointings have been almost systematically removed from ministries
and church leaders in favor of what is popular and can bring in the
most money and please the people. This is an abomination in My sight.

Watch and pray that you may be accounted worthy to escape the things
that are coming upon this earth.  Receive My grace through the
refining fire of the Holy Spirit so that you can be a part of that
beautiful lady and bride. I am preparing her!  It still isn't too
late! Join with her and take up your cross and deny yourselves and
follow Me.

That is how to be TRULY blessed and healed and delivered and
fulfilled in life!  That is the only way that My gift of eternal life
can shine into the darkness of the world around you"


"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the
Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and
will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters,
saith the Lord Almighty?Having therefore these promises, dearly
beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh
and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." (1 Corinthians
6:17-18, 7:1)

"And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her
(Babylon), my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that
ye receive not of her plagues." (Revelation 18:4)

A NEW YEAR'S DREAM: NIGHTMARE OR PROPHECY?

Something very strange happened to me this past week. I was seated in
my library chair, mulling over current events, trying to make a few
New Year's predictions, which is the custom for commentators. I was
concentrating hard, when suddenly, I saw before my eyes a headline
from the New York Times.

It read, "Congress Votes to End War; Troops Ordered to Abandon Iraq."
The view changed. Just as in Vietnam three decades ago, I saw
Americans clinging to helicopters, trying to get themselves out of
Baghdad along with friendly Shiite Muslims. There was massive
confusion, bombs going off in the background.

And then, I saw pictures out of Afghanistan. Al Qaeda had toppled the
new Afghan government. Marines and soldiers again were hurriedly
boarding choppers. It can't be real, I thought - but it was.

The next thing I saw was a picture of Palestine, where most of the al
Qaeda terrorists had now gone. The Israeli government was in
disarray, reeling under a series of huge bomb blasts in Jerusalem.
Country after country was falling to the Islamic fascists: Saudi
Arabia. Turkey. Egypt. For the most part, the terrorists simply
refused to ship oil, and what they did ship was priced at over $150 a
barrel. It was a worldwide crisis.

Europe quickly signed a non-aggression pact with al Qaeda in exchange
for oil. Then came the most devastating picture of all: panic in the
streets of Washington, D.C. as a dirty bomb exploded not a quarter of
a mile from the Capitol. Huge sections of the city were cordoned off,
uninhabitable. Even people with the best protective equipment
suffered serious radiation burns. Projections were that the area
would be off-limits for years. Then came the bombing of the Holland
Tunnel, connecting New York and New Jersey, then the collapse of the
pillars of the Golden Gate Bridge.

The government threatened retaliation, of course-but there was no one
to retaliate against. The Islamo-fascists were spread throughout the
world, and it was impossible to strike against all the countries that
were harboring them or being run by them. Osama bin Laden himself
appeared on Al Jazeera, boasting that he had known all along that the
Americans wouldn't fight.

By now, most American television was not operating. But I could still
get one channel. Talking heads were arguing frantically over how this
could have happened. One man's voice stood out when he said, "It was
all so foreseeable. Once you rule religion a private matter, and
declare all religions alike, no one in this country could understand
the dimensions of a great religious struggle. No one understood the
clash of civilizations or the evil of Islamo-fascism. We didn't even
have the language to describe religious beliefs anymore. Destruction
was inevitable."


And that's when I woke up in a cold sweat. It was 5:00 a.m. I went
immediately to the front door. Good-the newspaper was there. I
flipped it open. There was nothing in the headlines, except the
confirmation fight over Alito and more quibbling over Iraq-all the
usual banter that goes on endlessly in the press.

But as I walked into the house, my knees were still shaking. It was
only a dream. We're okay, I told myself. Or are we?

What Does the Bible Say?


So many christians are learning the Bible from the pulpit of their
pastors. They simple sit there and soak it in Sunday morning, and go
home and never crack open their Bible once throughout the whole week.
Oh, they might read from some commentator on the Bible, but never the
actual Bible itself!

It strikes me as strange that they do not read and study the Bible.
They go from Sunday morning to Sunday morning without gaining
anything from the Word on their own. If their pastor preaches error
they would believe it. If their denomination preaches there is no
power of God today, they would believe it. And sadly, this is the
case throughout many churches and with christians. This is how
deception enters the christian church. One person's error is learned
by another, and no one seems to check with the Word of God to see
what it says!

Ever wonder why we have over 2000 denominations in Canada and the
United States? There is only one truth in the Bible, but many
division of the body of Christ. The people believe whatever is told
them without actually reading and studying the Bible for themselves.
The Bible is really simple! It means what it says, and says what it
means. It is the Word of God to us today. Whatever it says is the
truth. Nothing could be simpler.


15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth
not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto
more ungodliness.  II Timothy 2:15-16


Simply to read the Word of God, pray, and worship in some place of
privacy is so important. Avoid reading Bible commentators, for they
present their views with carefully quoted Scripture. If this is all
you read you will not know if it is misquoted or not! I would be most
happy if people quit reading my site and just studied the Bible and
believed it without any compromise! But what would most likely happen
is they would not read the Bible at all; they would look for someone
to "explain" the Scriptures rather than just believing it. This is
how error starts.

There are those who are looking for an "explanation of a passage"
because it does not say what they want or what they have been taught!
Just believe what it says! Change your views as you have too.

Starting when I was 18 years old (I'm 50 now), I began to really read
the Bible. It started a long process of changing much of what I had
been taught in the churches. I simply was reading things that totally
contradicted the teachings of the many protestant churches I had
attended. Today I am always open to changing my views to make sure
they line up to the Word of God! Through it all I have become to much
closer to God, and have learned to simply submit to all of His
authority through His Word.

As christians we need to place the authority of the Word above all
else. We need to study and know the Scriptures for ourselves.
Realizing that while there may be some differences of opinions on
various issues in which the Bible is not clear, it is very clear on
all important things. It clearly states what is sin and what is not.
It clearly states what is salvation and how to receive it. It clearly
states that we are to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. It clearly
states how we are to lose our life and desires for Jesus' sake and
follow Him. It clearly states how we are to walk a holy walk with the
power of the Holy Spirit.

These things are the foundation of the christian life. If we will
dare to believe all of the Bible without any compromise we can again
live in the power of the first century church of the Book of Acts.

Sojourning Through a Strange Land


We are living in a world that is not ours. It belongs to the devil
and his demons. Since the time of the fall of mankind when Adam
sinned this world became evil in all of its desires. Many christians
simple do not understand this. This world is not ours. We must not
build upon this world. We must not put our trust in it. It is not our
permanent habitation. We are here only for a very short time, and
nothing that we do here will count, except our work for the Lord
Jesus Christ!


18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because
ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world,
therefore the world hateth you.  John 15:18-19

2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the
renewing of our mind, that  ye may prove what is that good, and
acceptable, and perfect, will of God.  Romans 12:2


We are simply not to be of this world. It is full of desires that are
not holy. It seeks money and technology as the answers to the
problems it faces. But these "solutions" are simply a trust in man's
knowledge and not in God's wisdom.

Because we trust in the Lord before we even consider what man might
be able to offer we have become hated of all. The world trusts its
own. It will never trust in the Lord Jesus because it is of a
different spirit.


12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit
which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given
to us of God.  I Corinthians 2:12


There is one spirit of this world and one spirit of the Lord God. We
are of a different spirit than this world. Even though many do not
understand the influences that are on us from the spirit world, it is
there. The world hears about some mystic practice to build spiritual
strength and they think this is okay. Even if they do not agree with
it, they will still accept that it is an idea that works for some
people. But in the same breath they will absolutely refuse anything
to do with the truth from the Bible. If anyone comes forward with
Scripture concerning holy living they will make fun of it, they will
not accept anything that is said, they will consider it to be from
someone with a "very closed mind."

We see this often in the media. They are always putting forth some
new religious idea from Indian spirituality, from Islam, from
Buddhists, from witchcraft, and so on. But if the Bible comes forth
without compromise from some Christian, they will refuse to even hear
it. Some will call this refusal "prejudice," but it is much more than
that; in reality, they of this world are simply responding to the
spirit which they are of.


3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost;
4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which
believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is
the image of God, should shine unto them.  II Corinthians 4:3-4

10 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.
I Corinthians 3:19

9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation,
a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who
hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:  I Peter
2:9


We are to be different than this world. We must not be tied to this
world. But if we are then we have become worldly christians, weak,
and unstable in our ways before God.

So many so-called christians seem to be just like that. Rarely taking
a stand for the Bible, for the truth, for the Lord Jesus. Witnessing
is almost unheard of in their lives. They are unclear of what to say
because they do not know the Word of God. They do not know the Word
because they do not spend time in it, or in prayer. Such are the
worldly "christians." Whether these people are really saved or not is
something that only the Lord Jesus can know.

But we are to be a light unto this world; a witness to all we come in
contact. We are not to love this world or the things of this world.


15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If
any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  I John
2:15


If we are truly to be a witness to the world, a peculiar people for
our Lord, a light unto the world in which we live, then we must be
separate from the world having no thought of being like them or with
them in their evils ways.


16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are
the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them,
and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my
people.
17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the
Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and
daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.  II Corinthians 6:16-18


So we must be separated from the world and its sinful teaching. To be
sure we shall be persecuted in the world for our stand. The world
will hate us. The world will despise our very stand for Jesus. For we
will remind them that there is an answer, there is a Redeemer, there
is deliverance from the evil that they love so much.

But we must stand for Jesus anyway. Be a light of the glorious gospel
to all those we come in contact with. And be separate from the world
in every way. For only as long as we are separate from the world can
we walk in the newness of life in Christ Jesus.


4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like
as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father,
even so we also should walk in newness of life.  Romans 6:4


With this newness of life we can walk through this evil world, being
separate from it in every way, and be a light unto those around us
through the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Need For Prayer and Fasting


As we read and study through the New Testament of the Bible we will
find that the christian life should be one filled with prayer.
Throughout the Scriptures we find not only prayer, but also fasting
and praying.

A christian life is one of dedication to Jesus, and to prayer. Prayer
to seek the will of God in your life, prayer to seek how to best
fulfill that will, prayer for others, prayer to find solutions from
God to your problems, prayer to worship Him, prayer to praise Him.
Prayer is not a short quick word as many seem to think. It is a time
set aside for speaking and listening to the Lord Jesus Christ through
the Holy Spirit. This time must not be short! Short prayers are
worthless. Your mind is still filled with the thoughts of the day. It
takes time, on your part, to slowly clear away the rubble of the day
from your consciousness, to speak clearly to Jesus, and to hear back
from Him.


12 And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a
mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.  Luke 6:12


If Jesus, the Son of God, the perfect One who walked through this
evil earth, needed to spend that kind of time before His Father; then
how much more do we need to do the same!


35 And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went
out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.  Mark 1:35


It was a regular part of Jesus' life to spend time in prayer--much
time! He would go out and look for a quiet place alone. There He
would pray and spend time with His Father. Such quality time is
necessary for each and every christian. There needs to be a prayer
closet set aside. A prayer place where you, and you alone, can spend
time together with the Lord.


6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou
hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy
Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.  Matthew 6:6


Quality time before the Lord is true prayer. It is not enough to
spend short periods in prayer and expect that with this you can walk
as a christian in the power that we see in the churches of the Bible,
especially in the Book of Acts.

In the early days of the church such long times of prayer were
normal. It kept them very close to the Lord. Then there is the time
spend in prayer with other brethren. This is also very important.


14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication,
with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.
Acts 1:14


When you are close to Jesus because of your prayer time, even the
worst of circumstances will not trouble you. You will rely on Jesus
throughout these tough times.


23 And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into
prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:
24 Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner
prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.
25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God:
and the prisoners heard them.  Acts 16:23-25


This is not how most people would react to such a situation. No
matter how bad it looked, Paul and Silas knew how to pray and praise.
They did not become depressed when thrown into the prison, but rather
rose up in praises to God. The temptation for most would be
depression. But Jesus had said this:


40 And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye
enter not into temptation.  Luke 22:40


Prayer keeps up from temptation! It is time that we spent much time
before the Lord to strengthen ourselves so that when we face
persecution and temptation we will be strong for the Lord Jesus
Christ. Isn't it time that we learned to walk according to this
commitment of Jesus?

How did they become so committed to Him? How did they become so
spiritually strong?


18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the
child was cured from that very hour.
19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we
cast him out?
20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I
say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, he shall
say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place: and it shall
remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
Matthew 17:18-21

4 But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in
much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,
5 In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings,
in fastings;
6 By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the
Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned.  II Corinthians 6:4-6


Throughout the Scriptures we find not only prayer, but also fasting
and prayer. It is through the fasting part that true faith is
reached. Christians who do not fast are weak--spiritually weak!

To spend time in prayer without food for a period of time is very
much found throughout the New Testament of the Bible. This period of
time can be long or short, with limited minimal food (partial fast),
or just with water and no food; but whatever the situation it must be
with prayer. We never find fasting without prayer in the Bible.
Indeed, fasting without prayer is starvation! But fasting with prayer
is spiritual strength!

The end of it all is this: without time before the Lord in prayer we
will be the most spiritually weak christians around; tossed and
turned with every different doctrine that comes along, falling into
temptation constantly, always in trouble, and not finding a solution
to strength with the Lord. But with prayer, and especially fasting
and prayer, we will find strength of the Lord to walk according to
His ways.


15 See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow
that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men,
16 Rejoice evermore.
17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ
Jesus concerning you.
19 Quench not the Spirit.
20 Despise not prophesyings.
21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your
whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ.  I Thessalonians 5:15-23

Understanding Judgment and Blessing Prophecies


There is a belief that all prophecy from God must happen exactly as
stated. There can be no alterations to the prophecy. Is this true?
Can judgments be delayed, or even omitted? Why would anyone ask such
a question? The answer from the Bible might surprise some!

As I will show in this article, we can find in the Bible examples of
judgments which were delayed or prevented. But there are conditions
attached to these occurrences. Unless these conditions are met the
prophecies must happen as stated.

To understand why this is the case, we need to look at several
passages concerning prophecy, starting with Ezekiel.


12 Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people,
The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day
of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall
not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness;
neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in
the day that he sinneth.
13 When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if
he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his
righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he
hath committed, he shall die for it.
14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he
turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;
15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed,
walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity, he shall
surely live, he shall not die.
16 None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto
him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely
live.  Ezekiel 33:12-16


This is an interesting piece of Scripture. Even if God states that
someone is to be judged, if they repent and turn from their sin, they
will be delivered and not judged! The same in is true in reverse. If
God states a blessing unto someone and then that person sins, the
blessing will not occur, but rather they will be judged!

We see an example of this in the book of Jonah. Jonah was a reluctant
prophet. He did not want to go and prophecy judgment over the city of
Nineveh. Therefore he had to be judged by God to bring him to the
place where he repented and obeyed. Jonah understood that God can
repent of His judgments if the people turn away from their sin. And
he was quick to complain about that.


2 And he prayed unto the Lord, and said, I pray thee, O Lord, was not
this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore I fled before
unto Tarshish: for I knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful,
slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repentest thee of the evil.
Jonah 4:2


Now the prophecy which God gave unto Jonah was this:


4 And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he
cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.
Jonah 3:4


So Nineveh had forty days for the judgment of God to begin. This
judgment was set in time. It had a limit during which it was suppose
to happen. But as we will see, it did not happen.


5 So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and
put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.
6 For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from is
throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with
sackcloth, and sat in the ashes.  Jonah 3:5-6


A great repentance was on this city! And that was exactly what was
needed, and indeed what God preferred!


5 So Jonah went out of the city, and sat on the west side of the
city, and there made him a booth, and sat under it in the shadow,
till he might see what would become of the city.
. . .

11 And should not I spare Nineveh, that great city, wherein are more
than sixscore thousand persons that cannot discern between their
right hand and their left hand; and also much cattle?  Jonah 4:5,11


So Jonah looked to see what would happen and God delivered that city
from destruction. The prophecy did not come to pass. The repentance
of the people had saved the city.

There is also an example of a delayed word of the Lord through a prophet.


1 In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah
the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord,
Set thine house in order; for thou shalt die, and not live.
2 Then he turned his face to the wall, and prayed unto the Lord, saying,
3 I beseech thee, O Lord, remember now how I have walked before thee
in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good
in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.
4 And it came to pass, afore Isaiah was gone out into the middle
court, that the word of the Lord came to him, saying,
5 Turn again, and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people, Thus saith
the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I
have seen thy tears: behold, I will heal thee: on the third day thou
shalt go up unto the house of the Lord.
6 And I will add unto thy days fifteen years; and I will deliver thee
and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will
defend this city for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake.
7 And Isaiah said, Take a lump of figs. And they took and laid it on
the boil, and he recovered.  II Kings 20:1-7


In this case prayer was made to the Lord God, and He delayed the
death of Hezekiah for 15 years. One reason for the delay in the
prophecy of death was the record he had before God: that he had
served Him faithfully during his life.

The conclusion from the Scripture in Ezekiel is that God always
places conditions on prophecies of blessing and judgment, whether or
not it is stated within the prophecy. If the person, city, or nation
continues as before, the prophecy in sure. It will take place. But if
they repent from their sin, or turn from a life of righteousness unto
sin, whatever God has stated will not happen. Judgment will be turned
into blessing; blessing into judgment.

From the example of the prophet Isaiah we understand that if prayer
is made from the heart, if there is a holy life before God, some
prophecies may be delayed or changed. But this is not always the
case. It is up to God and His will. We should not assume that we can
change the mind of God. He is slow to wrath and quick to mercy. But
there is an end of God's mercy and a beginning of judgment unless
repentance is seen!

As for a nation: crying unto the Lord for a time of revival and
repentance of the people can cause judgment to be delayed. If there
is a turn of that nation to God, He will wipe out the judgment and
turn it into a blessing.

When we see a prophecy of judgment we should not just assume that God
will come down hard because of it. To be sure if there is no change
it must occur! But if the judgment prophecy produces repentance it
will not occur. If the prophecy produces a cry unto the Lord, but
true repentance does not occur, He may delay the judgment to give
more time for repentance.

All judgment and all blessing prophecies are subject to these
conditions whether or not it is stated within the prophecy!

Perversion of God's Blessings

The Truth About the Hundred Fold Return and Other Money Issues


There are those who strongly support the hundred fold return, which
according to them, refers to receiving 100 times more of everything
they give. Is this really in Scripture?

Jesus did indeed talk of the hundred fold return. But the passage is
not exactly as stated by some. Rather than flaunt money and riches to
His disciples, as many preacher's seem to do today, He warned
severely of the consequences of having much money. This warning was
so strong that His disciples wondered who could be saved.


16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good
thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good
but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the
commandments.
18 He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do not murder,
Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not
bear false witness,
19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy
neighbour as thyself.
20 The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my
youth up: what lack I yet?
21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that
thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in
heaven: and come and follow me.
22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful:
for he had great possessions.
23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, that a
rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.
24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through
the eye of a needle, then for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of
God.
25 When his disciples heard it they were exceedingly amazed, saying,
Who then can be saved?
26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is
impossible; but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:16-26


Before Jesus got around to mentioning the hundred fold return, He
made a strong point of the seduction and deception of riches. He said
"if you will be perfect;" and is not this what the world, and indeed,
christians seek? To be perfect? How hard it is to be rich in this
life and also to serve Jesus!

If this young man did as Jesus stated then he would have built up
treasure in heaven. Note that it specifically says "treasure in
heaven," not treasure on earth! Giving on this earth to the poor and
to the kingdom of God will give us much in heaven. It is not so we
can be rich in this life!


27 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken
all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore?
28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which
have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit
in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones,
judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
29 And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters,
or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's
sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting
life.
30 But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be
first. Matthew 19:27-30


In these verses which teach the hundred fold return it is important
to note that Jesus is answering a question of Peter of what they will
have because "we have forsaken all." This passage is interpreted by
many to be about giving money, but it is clearly about forsaking all.

The disciples gave up all things. They left their houses and
families. They traveled on the road without knowing where their next
meal would come from. It was totally on faith and the provisions of
Jesus' miracles.

As an example of forsaking all: if you had three houses and gave one
up, it is not forsaking all, you still have two houses. If you gave
away two, you are still not forsaking all; you still have one to live
in. It is when you have given up all that you have forsaken all. This
passage is not speaking about giving money, but about giving up
everything for Jesus' sake.

The disciples all had jobs or businesses before they left to follow
Jesus. So they did not just give some money to Jesus work, they gave
up all sources of their money! They will be blessed a hundredfold.

Look at verse 28. Jesus states that this occurs "in the regeneration
when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory." So while
we may receive many blessings on this earth because of Jesus' love
for us, we will not fully receive this hundred fold until after Jesus
return!

With this understanding verse 30 makes more sense. Those that have
given up many things for Christ's sake will be last on this earth,
but first in heaven!

Now let's look at another verse dealing with money issues:


3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words,
even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is
according to godliness;
4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and
strifes or words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil
surmisings,
5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the
truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can
carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and
into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction
and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some
coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves
through with many sorrows.
11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after
righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.  I Timothy
6:3-11


Now this lays it on the line! Gain in this world is not godliness! So
much for the prosperity "gospel," as I call it. Godliness, according
to verse 6 is contentment with what you have. Those that seek riches
will drown themselves in destruction! Gain with God is being content
with food and clothing, and your basic needs. I wonder what those who
have sought after money are going to say when they stand before the
judgment seat. They have erred from the faith! They now have many
sorrows!

Riches are a trap! Hoarding of material things is totally of this
world and has nothing to do with God and holiness! God's blessings
cannot be reduced to the money system of man. There are those who try
and make the Word of God into some kind of money machine. But this is
not so!

We are to follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love,
patience, and meekness. These things are true godliness!
