Description
Johnny Fetz has made a very informative DVD addressing some of the most common repairs made to powered paraglider propellers.
The DVD's are filmed in a shop environment, and not a studio production, but the information contained in the video is comprehensive - as Alex Varve says "A great learning tool." Updates will be provided to those who purchased the repair video by simply sending John an email address.
The set of disks contain seven different repairs using different repair methods. The DVD includes repairs to dings, splits, trailing edge separations and major blade reconstruction. The DVD's total running time is 2 hr, 50 min.
The most basic repair will be a cracked or chipped propeller, which can be repaired in the field in about 20 minutes with these tools and supplies: Baking Soda, Superglue & Swiss Army Knife.

Re: Q-tips
John, thanks for the reply. Sorry it stirred up a controversy. I am finishing a repair on a prop that evidently has a little less pitch than my other one
