My daughter has a reviewer that used to go by the screen name of Kovu O1.  He
recently changed and goes by the name of Kovu O1-Kiara 01.  He has a story
titled:  “The Kiara Chronicles: Trials of Torment”  It’s a nice Lion King
story.

Now there is a story written by someone new calling himself Kovu01 using the
same profile.  This story is in the Lion King category.  It is a story of
torture, rape, sex and disfigurement between the Mickey Mouse and friends
characters.  It’s rated K.  Here is the URL:

As you can see, the troll’s story name is nearly identical to the good guy’s
story name.

It has been my experience that it takes quite a lot to get FanFiction.net to pay
attention to a problem so I’m asking for help on my daughter’s reviewer’s
behalf to get this story removed ASAP.  She has written to the reviewer to let
him know and is waiting to hear back.  But if any little kid got hold of this
story in the meantime... well, skim it and you’ll see what I’m getting at.

Please report this story and pass this on to your friends so they can do the
same and we can get the attention of the site owners.

Just so everyone is aware, the problem has been solved and the story taken down.
I for one was one of those that reported it, and I want to thank everyone else
that did so.  It just goes to prove that there is indeed strength when we all
pull together.

Yes, thank God.  I got the name of the owner of ff.net through WhoIs and called
him.  He had it down within an hour or so.  The guy then hit the original owner
of the name’s new ID and put 7000 horrendous, horrible, threatening,
disgusting reviews on there anonymously before the victim saw it and managed to
stop anonymous reviews.  My daughter helped him out.  It took her more than 3
days to delete them for him, one at a time.  He works so he had limited time.

I know this is a bit off topic sort of but was hoping for some feedback. I just
bought an iPad and saw an app in iTunes called fan fiction and it is currently
supposed to allow you to sync to your current fanfic.net account to upload your
favorites into this app that seems to work like an ereader. But when i try to
sync I get an error. My question is has anyone tried this app? And does it work

next.  Anyone know anything about it?

I am using fan fiction app by pentaloop. It is supposed to allow me to sync with
my ff.net account but I tried buying a sync tool for it for $1 but it still is
not working. The app allows me to read entire story even without wifi connection
which is great because up Til now I was using iPod touch and laptop to read
online stories chapter by chapter. I didn't realize I could read them in ereader
format. I don't want to store to much on my iPad though - only havy 16G
The app looks great. If I could figure out how to sync to my current ff.net
account I'll be all set

Perhaps if we beg:). I wonder what happened to make her pull it. That happened
with another great author,halonhorns. My guess is someone complained because the
stories contained mild corporal punishment.
