Traditional Polish Picnic at Kelley Park. Delicious food, home baked pastries, music, and games for children.
Tickets: $12 donation from adults and $7 from children 7 and up (free for children under 7).
Half of the income is going to benefit the people in Poland made homeless by the recent flooding,
and the other half will go to the local homeless in San Jose.
Reservations are required and can be made with Ewa at 1-408-243-1163.

3. Help flood victims in Poland
Polish American Congress is collecting funds to help victims of recent flods in Poland.
Large areas in southern Poland are badly damaged. Please consider PAC appeal:

5. Pictures - Polish priest ordained in San Francisco Bay Area
On May 22, 2010, the Polish community of the San Francisco Bay Area had a rare and joyful occasion of a new Polish priest being ordained in our neighborhood. Adam Kotas from Poland was ordained at St. John the Baptist Church located at 960 Caymus Street in Napa: http://poloniasf.org/Ks.Adam-Napa/
The next day, Sunday, May 23, 2010, Father Adam Kotas celebrated his First Mass (Primicja) in both Polish and English at 12 p.m. in Ukiah at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church which is located at 900 S. Oak St. in Ukiah: http://poloniasf.org/Ks.Adam-Ukiah/
Father Adam is originally from Lutomierz, close to Zabkowice Slaskie in Lower Silesia voivodship. PoloniaSF congratulates Fr. Adam and wishes all the best in his his priestly endavors.
