This group focuses on railroading operations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Heads ups, trip reports, and general railroading discussion are encouraged. Pictures, files, and links related to the area are welcome.


Guidelines:

- No arguing. Constructive criticism and debating are acceptable, bickering will not be tolerated.

- OS reports should include Date, Time, Location, Train #, Unit #, and Direction.

- Please avoid posting assumptions as fact.

- Keep on track. Refrain from posting unnecessary brief replies.

- Use private messaging when practical. There are over 100 members on the PittRails email list, most of whom receive individual emails via smartphone. Not everyone wants to read up to the minute chatter.

- Use reasonably proficient grammar.
