Pine Gully is located on Galveston Bay in Seabrook Texas... The Gully connects the Wetlands to the Bay..

The gully has been Blocked by Sand plugs off and on from August 2005 to Februrary 2009. Then Ike came and washed most of the Sand Plug away.

In December 2008 / January 2009 the sand plug has returned and the high point of the plug is 1.8 feet above mean sea level.

The Picture at the right shows the Entrance to the Gully in Feb 2007 at a low tide.
