the tour, which was scheduled to take off on the
1st week of may, was again cancelled due to budgetary
constraints, making this the 2nd straight year with no tour ng
pilipinas. the organizers couldn't raise the P80-M cost to
run the summer spectacle.

Network. This is a relatively young club in Yahoo! (which
explains why there are only 5 members) But its main
objective is to create a Philippine Cycling Community in

Thanks, actually I am more interested in
Philippines than in cycling. It is only a coincicence that
last week a bicycle was on sale at WalMart for $100
and I grabbed it. It has shock absorbers!<br><br>I
knew it had been ridden outside the store, because it
was dirty, but I didn't realize it had been crashed.
I was having difficulty changing gears and the
chain broke. I bought a new chain but was reckless in
opening the package and now I can't find the
link.<br><br>But that is all secondary, because really I am

the Tracksnatin, Batangas City, Sunday, March 19
2000. There are NO prizes. It will be a
