This group is for individuals who are interested in being pen pals or writing buddies to children who live in a Christian orphanage in Tanzania, East Africa. The children are happy and excited to receive letters from children/people from the outside. Most of the children have been abused, given to the orphanage, are unable to be provided for by their families, or have been abandoned. Some of them are ill. If you access this link, you will see photos of the children and if you click on a photo, more information is given about some of the children.

Also remember that mail may take time to arrive at Bethany and to return from Bethany. And please realize that all mail may not make it to Tanzania, unfortunately.
