P.E.A.C.E. (Parental Education Alternatives for Children in the Evansville and surrounding areas)

We are an eclectic group of homeschooling families in the Evansville IN/Tri-state area. Anyone is welcome who is already homeschooling or is considering homeschooling for their children, grandchildren, etc. This group is open to all families regardless of religion, color, nationality or homeschooling method. All are welcome that have their children's best interest at heart. We are mainly a social/support/field trip group. Our weekly meetings consist of play and socializing for the children, and socializing/support for the parents. We have weekly meetings, monthly pot lucks, and biweekly field trips.

Our Mission Statement: To be an oasis of support , information, and encouragement; to embrace all, with civility, kindness, respect and compassion; and to honor, nurture, protect, and celebrate the diversity within our local homeschooling community.
