1. Warga Negara Indonesia, Pria/Wanita bukan prajurit TNI/anggota
Polri dan PNS.
2. Bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
3. Setia dan taat kepada Pancasila dan UUD 1945.
4. Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi :
a. Jurusan Kedokteran Umum sekurang - kurangnya sudah mencapai gelar
sarjana kedokteran.
b. Jurusan/Program Studi S.1 lainnya sekurang - kurangnya sudah
mencapai 110 SKS.
c. Program Diploma/D III sekurang - kurangnya sudah mencapai 80 SKS.

5. Indek prestasi kumulatif (IPK) tidak kurang dari :
a. 2, 10 untuk program S.1/Kedokteran Umum.
b. 2, 50 untuk program S.1 lainnya.
c. 2, 50 untuk program Diploma/D.III.

6. Usia pada saat kuliah :
a. Program Sarjana S.1 jurusan kedokteran Umum :
1) Tidak lebih dari 25 tahun, jika telah mencapai 158 s.d. 178 SKS
(telah mengikuti Coas 1 semester).
2) Tidak lebih dari 26 tahun, jika telah mencapai 179 s.d. 199 SKS
(telah mengikuti Coas 2 semester).
3) Tidak lebih dari 27 tahun, jika sekurang - kurangnya telah mencapai
200 SKS (telah mengikuti Coas 3 semester.)

b. Program S.1 lainnya.
1) Tidak lebih dari 23 tahun, jika telah mencapai 110 s.d. 130 SKS.
2) Tidak lebih dari 24 tahun, jika telah mencapai 131 s.d. 150 SKS.
3) Tidak lebih dari 25 tahun, jika sekurang-kurangnya telah mencapai
diatas 150 SKS.

c. Program Diploma / D.III.
1) Tidak lebih dari 22 tahun, jika telah mencapai 80 s.d. 99 SKS.
2) Tidak lebih dari 23 tahun, jika sekurang-kurangnya telah mencapai
100 SKS.

7. Berkelakuan baik, serta tidak kehilangan hak untuk menjadi prajurit
TNI berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah memperoleh kekuatan
hukum tetap yang dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan dari Kapolres
setempat.

8. Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani dan bebas Narkoba.

9. Tinggi badan untuk Pria tidak kurang dari 163 Cm dan untuk wanita
tidak kurang dari 155 Cm.

10. Belum pernah menikah dan sanggup tidak menikah selama dalam status
beasiswa TNI (Kuliah di PT) sampai dengan mengikuti pendidikan pertama
(Dikma).

11. Sesuai jurusan (kesarjanaan) yang dibutuhkan dari perguruan tinggi
yang ditentukan.

12. Mendapatkan surat rekomendasi dari Dekan/Direktur Fakultas/jurusan
dilampiri transkip (daftar nilai) studi berikut indek prestasi
kumulatif (IPK).

13. Mengajukan permohonan secara tertulis untuk memperoleh beasiswa
Ikatan Dinas TNI kepada Panglima TNI U.p. Aspers Kasum TNI, Mabes TNI
Cilangkap Jakarta Timur.

14. Sanggup menjalani Ikatan Dinas Pertama (IDP) Keprajuritan selama
10 tahun sejak diangkat menjadi Perwira TNI.

15. Sanggup ditempatkan dimana saja, diseluruh wilayah Republik
Indonesia setelah selesai pendidikan.
                             a. Tunjangan beasiswa sebesar Rp.
250.000,-per bulan.
                              b. Bantuan skripsi sebesar Rp. 450.000,-
(satu kali selama kuliah) atas pengajuan.
                              c. Melanjutkan kuliah diperguruan tinggi
asal.
                              d. Batas waktu maksimal pemberian
tunjangan beasiswa :

                                    1) Dokter Umum : 4 tahun
                                    2) Sarjana S.1 lainnya : 3 tahun
                                    3) Program Diploma D.III : 2 tahun

16. Apabila telah menyelesaikan program studinya dan masuk Dikma Pa PK
sebelum masa pemberian tunjangan habis, maka
tunjangan tersebut dihentikan.

17. Apabila program studinya melebihi batas pemberian tunjangan, maka
tunjangan dihentikan sesuai batas waktu maksimal dan program studi
harus diselesaikan dengan biaya sendiri.

18. Selama menunggu dibukanya Dikma, bagi Mahasiswa Beasiswa TNI yang
telah lulus profesi/S.1/D. III tetap diberi dukungan besiswa TNI
sepanjang tidak melebihi batas waktu maksimal pemberian beasiswa dan
dihentikan setelah masuk Dikma.

19. Persyaratan lain :
a. Calon tidak bertato/bekas tato.
b. Calon tidak ditindik/bekas tindik pada telinga dan atau anggota
badan lainnya.

Pendaftaran : Mulai Minggu I November 2004 di Kodim, Ajendam dan
Ajenrem setempat

kan terbatas...yee....jangan pada ngomong jorok dong. Rumus kok
dibawa-bawa, jorok banget tuh. Aku yanglugu ini kan jadi ternodai.
Ngomong yang asyik-asyik nape?

Btw, jangan pada kirim email-email yang aneh-aneh donk, misal :
lowongan kerjaan yang nggak jelas, beasiswa yang udah expired, foto-
foto aneh yang semuanya itu hanya menuh-menuhin mailbox. Kasian kan
kalo ada email yang lebih penting yang masuk ...(hayo pasti ada yang
mau bilang : emang gue pikirin.)

	Improving women's lives through education International Women’s Day is an opportunity to focus on the unique contributions, problems and opportunities that women face all over the world. This year, on 8 March, the United Nations system is highlighting the many issues surrounding women and AIDS, which is also the mobilizing theme for the 2004-2005 World AIDS campaign. Education plays a key role in the empowerment of women, says Ko�chiro Matsuura, Director-General of UNESCO in a message. "Educated women are better equipped to demand and obtain their rights, and therefore to remain free from HIV infection," he comments. However Mr Matsuura warns that we should not assume that education itself is free of risks: Textbooks and other learning materials, for example, may strengthen negative social stereotypes. And schools and other learning institutions may themselves be locations where violence and discrimination occur. Today, more than 56 per cent of the 104 million out-of-school children are girls, and almost two-thirds of the world’s nearly one billion illiterates are women. Developing a toolkit for policy-makers on ICT in education March 2, 2004 - The development of an "ICT in Education Policy-Makers Toolkit" will be discussed at a UNESCO organized workshop that starts today in Bangkok, Thailand. The toolkit is aimed at assisting policy-makers in diagnosing structural weaknesses of educational systems. It is also intended to assess the cost-effectiveness of using ICTs in education and to develop realistic strategies for implementation based on success stories and research results. Telah meninggal dunia dengan tenang sahabat, adik, dan kambing kami tercinta: DEK TITIK pagi ini karena sesak napas. Mungkin beberapa temen2 dah pada tau ya kalo kelas 3 IPS SMA 1 Jogja telah mendapatkan seekor kambing yang cantik bernama Dek Titik kira-kira sebulan yang lalu sebagai hadiah juara 3 Goat Goes to School. Awalnya kami bermaksud merawatnya sebelum akhirnya kami rela melepasnya untuk dijual. Kambing itu telah dirawat oleh salah satu teman kami dan keluarganya selama ini. Hiks... tapi memang hidup dan mati itu Dia yang menentukan. Kami harus rela melepas kepergian Dek Titik dan dengan ikhlas memakan dagingnya. Mungkin inilah jalan terbaik bagi kami semua. Alhamdulillah.. dagingnya tidak hanya disantap oleh saya dan teman-teman tapi juga tetangga2 teman saya yang telah merawat dek Titik. Syukurlah, berkah Dek Titik dapat dirasakan banyak orang. Marilah kita doakan semoga arwah Dek Titik diterima olehNya, syukur2 bisa berreinkarnasi menjadi gadis secantik Titi(k) Kamal, hehehe.... Doakan kami juga bisa sukses ngerjain ujian akhir, UM-UGM dan SPMB, serta atu lagi deh... moga dapet pengganti Dek Titik (misalnya seekor sapi bernama Mas Totok gitu..)

saya sebagai pengurus kambing juga turut berduka cita. sakitanya dek titik apa agara-gara dia makan klepon ya??? soalnya sebelum diserahkan kemarin dia makan kleponku. aduh...dibutuhkan tukang analisa kambing untuk menyelidiki ini. bagaimana dengan dek tutuk dan dek tutik??? apakah mereka baik-baik saja???

ehm...bagaimana kalo kita mengadakan acara untuk memperingati kepergian dek titik??? potluck party??

nb: dek titik, dek tutuk,serta dek tutik sering ditanyain sama aldo, vivi dan megan; tetangga vicki yang selama beberapa jam abermain bersama ketiga kambing tersebut. sungguh besar arti ketiga kambing tersebut. semoga diberkati.

Mengapa Ibu Menangis

Suatu ketika, ada seorang anak laki-laki yang bertanya kepada ibunya.
"Ibu, mengapa Ibu menangis?". Ibunya menjawab, "Sebab, Ibu adalah
seorang wanita, Nak". "Aku tak mengerti" kata si anak lagi. Ibunya
hanya tersenyum dan memeluknya erat. "Nak, kamu memang tak akan pernah
mengerti....". Kemudian, anak itu bertanya pada ayahnya. "Ayah, mengapa
Ibu menangis? Sepertinya Ibu menangis tanpa ada sebab yang jelas?".
Sang ayah menjawab, "Semua wanita memang menangis tanpa ada alasan". Hanya
itu jawaban yang bisa diberikan ayahnya.

Lama kemudian, si anak itu tumbuh menjadi remaja dan tetap
bertanya-tanya, mengapa wanita menangis. Pada suatu malam, ia bermimpi
dan bertanya kepada Tuhan. "Ya Allah, mengapa wanita mudah sekali
menangis?" Dalam mimpinya, Tuhan menjawab,

* "Saat Kuciptakan wanita, Aku membuatnya menjadi sangat
utama. Kuciptakan bahunya, agar mampu menahan seluruh beban dunia dan
isinya, walaupun juga, bahu itu harus cukup nyaman dan lembut untuk
menahan kepala bayi yang sedang tertidur.

* Kuberikan wanita kekuatan untuk dapat melahirkan, dan
mengeluarkan bayi dari rahimnya, walau, seringkali pula, ia kerap
berulangkali menerima cerca dari anaknya itu.

* Kuberikan keperkasaan, yang akan membuatnya tetap
bertahan, pantang menyerah, saat semua orang sudah putus asa.

* Pada wanita, Kuberikan kesabaran, untuk merawat
keluarganya, walau letih, walau sakit, walau lelah, tanpa berkeluh
kesah.

* Kuberikan wanita, perasaan peka dan kasih sayang, untuk
mencintai semua anaknya, dalam kondisi apapun, dan dalam situasi
apapun. Walau, tak jarang anak-anaknya itu melukai perasaannya, melukai
hatinya. Perasaan ini pula yang akan memberikan kehangatan pada bayi-bayi yang
terkantuk menahan lelap. Sentuhan inilah yang akan memberikan
kenyamanansaat didekap dengan lembut olehnya.

* Kuberikan wanita kekuatan untuk membimbing suaminya,
melalui masa-masa sulit, dan menjadi pelindung baginya. Sebab, bukankah
tulang rusuklah yang melindungi setiap hati dan jantung agar tak
terkoyak?

* Kuberikan kepadanya kebijaksanaan, dan kemampuan untuk
memberikan pengertian dan menyadarkan, bahwa suami yang baik adalah
yang tak pernah melukai istrinya. Walau, seringkali pula, kebijaksanaan itu
akan menguji setiap kesetiaan yang diberikan kepada suami, agar tetap
berdiri, sejajar, saling melengkapi, dan saling menyayangi.

* Dan, akhirnya, Kuberikan ia air mata agar dapat
mencurahkan perasaannya. Inilah yang khusus Kuberikan kepada wanita,
agar dapat digunakan kapanpun ia inginkan. Hanya inilah kelemahan yang
dimiliki wanita, walaupun sebenarnya, air mata ini adalah air mata
kehidupan".
