Only in Dallas, Texas can you experience Valentine's with 200 men in
tuxedos partnered with the aphrodisiac aromatics of Chef Stephan
Pyles. Treat your sweetheart to the luscious sounds of the TCC as
they perform favorite love songs. See the Meyerson transformed into
Chef Stephan Pyles' personal kitchen as he works his culinary magic
live on stage. The TCC will spice up the night with songs to
accompany the chef's cuisine.

The Turtle Creek Chorale presents "Music be the Food of Love" at the
Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 14,
and Sunday, February 15 at 8:00 PM.

The show includes a full menu of love songs that accompany antics
between Chef Stephan Pyles and the snooty French Maître D', Paul Jean
Guillaume, played by local actor Paul J. Williams. The culinary and
musical experience will taunt your senses and offer an evening of
pure romance and lust as Chef Stephan Pyles prepares Coriander-Cured
Beef Tenderloin with Pineapple Mole and Cardamom-Orange Artichoke
Hearts live, and on stage!

Chef Pyles, a fifth generation Texan and pioneer of New American
Cuisine, has launched 14 restaurants over the past 24 years. A
founding father of Southwestern Cuisine, he was the first Texan
inducted into The James Beard Foundation's Who's Who of Food and
Beverage in America. Bon Appétit credited him with, "…almost single-
handedly changing the cooking scene in Texas." In 2006, Esquire named
Pyles Chef of the Year, and included his newest restaurant, Stephan
Pyles, in their list of Best New Restaurants.

Paul J. Williams (Paul Jean Guillaume) is no stranger to the artistry
and antics of the Turtle Creek Chorale. Backstage Magazine called
Paul, "…very funny, genuine, intelligent, sensible and appealing."
The Dallas Observer praises Paul's, "…strong satiric sense, locating
the absurdity in every convention." Witty, cerebral, and always just
a little warped, Paul J. Williams is out to make you laugh!

Artistic Director, Jonathan Palant says, "Is there anything more
romantic than combining the finest foods with the finest music? Love
is in the air this Valentine's Day Weekend. We've created the perfect
recipe—Stephan, Paul and the TCC go together like macaroni and cheese
or spaghetti and meatballs! This concert was made in heaven!"

This concert is presented as part of the 29th season subscription
concert series of the Turtle Creek Chorale. The Morton H. Meyerson
Symphony Center is located at 2301 Flora Street in the Dallas Arts
District. Stephan Pyles' is located at 1807 Ross Avenue, Dallas,
Texas.

Tickets range from $20.00 to $65.00 and are available by calling
(877) SING-TCC or online at www.turtlecreek.org.
