Welcome to the Passenger Car List, or PCL. This forum is devoted to railroad
and railway passenger cars - past, current and future. Modeling and prototype
discussions are welcome!

Messages sent to the list should be restricted to passenger cars and passenger
car modeling. Current events and politics, except when they involve modeling
or historic equipment, should be taken to <misc.transit.rail.americas>. Side
conversations should be directed to the individuals involved and not to the
list at large.

As a courtesy to those who have mailbox size limitations, attachments will be
removed before submissions are distributed. Large postings should not be sent
to the list. Instead, submit an article explaining what is available, and give an
e-mail address or other method (URL, e-mail file retrieval etc.) whereby
interested readers can obtain the file or other information.
