This group is for parents who have been affected by our "broken system" & want justice, equality, & accountability, although ANYONE negatively impacted by Child Welfare, the Family Court System, or a vindictive ex-spouse is welcome to join. We're here to help educate you about your rights, support each other through our hardships, & unite our voices for change. We're looking for solutions to fix our "broken system", so that no one else is victimized again. We're not lawyers & can't give legal advice, although we welcome any attorney who wants to join our cause. We encourage you to share what has worked/not worked for you, so that you may help others find solutions as well. If you're concerned about retaliation or negative repercussions, you may want to avoid posting personally identifiable information (names, towns, etc) in your messages.

We're not a religious group, but we do maintain Christian values. We can't require you to embrace these values, but we do ask that you respect them. Please keep it friendly. We're here to help & encourage each other, not hurt each other. We ask that no profanity/vulgar language be used. It's ok to vent, but we ask that you use this group to move FORWARD & ONWARD.

This group is for members only. If you're a CPS/DCFS employee, or from a similar agency in any state, please don't ask to join our group unless you're willing to FIGHT FOR & UPHOLD OUR CONSTITUTIONAL & GOD GIVEN RIGHTS. If you submit a request for membership, you'll be asked several questions. If you're a government agent and are dishonest with your answers, be forwarned that your answers may constitute entrapment if you use information from this board against myself or any other members in the pursuit of any kind of legal action. If you're a social worker and you're approved for membership, be advised that you may receive negative feedback. If you're likely to become defensive to the negative feedback, we encourage you to find another group to join.
