Description

ParentingEdforYoungPeople is for individuals who are in favor of comprehensive, community-based parenting education for young people. This, in an effort to prepare them for the most important job they'll have as adults...raising responsible, caring, competent kids. We believe that teaching the best parenting behaviors and practices to every young person could, over time, transform communities struggling with child abuse and neglect, substance abuse, and other forms of violence. Many of us are actively advocating for parenting education in our communities. My name is David and I'm the owner/moderator. My Yahoo ID is davooley.

If you have a Yahoo ID, sign in and be sure to click on Files. There are a number of short essays and other documents that pertain to the teaching of parenting to young people.

Join our group and encourage others who care about the well-being of children to participate.
