Interesting. I don't recall giving permission for this material to
be copied from my Zetetica website, but I don't see any reason to
make a big deal of it. The name 'Panaware' was my intellectual
property as well, yet that didn't stop Mr. Harrison from
appropriating it in order to ressurect a mailing list which I had
decided to terminate. I must admit that I am not surprised to now
discover more of my material being used without my knowledge or
consent.

I am not disputing your right to do this. Legally, it probably falls
within 'fair use' guidelines for the public domain. I do not feel
that I have any legitmate recourse against such action. It does,
however, nicely illustrate why this community is one from which I
decided to distance myself.

I expect that a sense of fairness will ensure that this message is
not deleted.
