This group is for people who have interest in Pakistan, France, higher education, research, and life in France. Most of the members are Pakistanis who came in France through Higher Education Commission (HEC)funding for higher education leading to doctorate in various disciplines. Anyone who agrees to 'posting guidelines' in files section, can join the group.

1. We welcome you to Pak-FranceScholars, a forum where you can get or share
information about matters relating to the studies, research, and living in
France, and where you can interact with the Pakistani students studying or
planning to study in France.

2. This group is principally un-moderated with relatively loose boundaries of
discussions and as a contributor you should be careful in sending a message or
uploading a file since you are solely responsible for it.

3. To be able to send a message or upload a file (without moderation) you need to provide your true information in the database http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Pak-franceScholars/database. Multiple or fake IDs are prohibited.

4. Please use this forum professionally and ethically and observe the norms of
decency. Post only the messages related to the broader scope and interest of
members and avoid personal debates.

5. Offensive and abusive language, religious sectarianism, ethnicism, racism and
other issues of conflictive nature and posting of implied or explicit illegal,
defamatory, harassing, invasive, and vulgar content is strictly prohibited.
