A group for recovering pagans in any form of 12 step recovery: AA, NA, OA, DA, SLAA, GA, etc. This group will be different in that it will focus on working the 12 steps, 12 step recovery issues, and supporting each other in our recovery.

Posting is encouraged to be personal experience and orginal writings (poetry, stepwork, meditations on 12 step topics are appropriate). This is to foster an atmosphere of recovery and a 12-step focus. Anyone who is self-defined as a pagan is welcome here.

So the rules for posting are:

-- Post personal experience, support for each other, birthday announcements, personal writings on 12 step topics.

-- Do not post forwards to the list. They may break copyright laws, and do not foster the personal nature of the group.

-- When making other types of annoucements of Internet events or local events, please check with the moderator first. The intent to to ensure that annoucements posted to the list have a 12 step slant.

-- You can, however, add links to ANY pagan-related or recovery-related topic in the Bookmarks section. You are also free to add information about local events there.

-- No flaming. Please be kind to each other.

-- No prosletyzing for any faith.

-- Overt, obvious spammers will be removed at once by the moderator.

-- Any other problems with postings will be dealt with gently (at first). Only if the poster insists on continuing to flame or post forwards, etc., will they be removed.

***When you apply to join this group, you MUST tell us a little about yourself, such as facts that you are a pagan, and are in recovery. This is to keep the spammers out, people who simply post: "I'd like to join your group." If you do post something like this, you WILL be DENIED!!***
