Description

Formed in 1992, the National Capital Area Women's Paddling Association (NCAWPA) is a not-for profit organization dedicated to the promotion of paddle sports, particularly among women. We paddle in dragon boats and outrigger canoes as well as smaller craft.

We are actively looking for new recruits, from the experienced athlete who is looking to try a new sport to the non-athlete who is interested in further enjoying Washington DC's natural resources.
