This list is simply the replacement for the PacificaNationalBylaws list. It's
necessary because ownership of the original list was mistakenly transferred
to a person who is exercising outrageous political censorship. This list will not
be censored except to remove spammers or those practicing prolonged off-topic
posting (which I've never seen on the original list). Please restrict your
posts to the topic of the Pacifica Bylaws: the procedures, meetings, etc., involved
with them, and the principles behind, and implications of, various possible
bylaws choices.

This list is being created at the suggestion of Carol Spooner, the founder
of the original list. She and I strongly advise all members of that list to
unsubscribe from it and subscribe to this one.
