My name is Lisa, and I decided to form this group so that AP Moms and slightly crunchy AP moms in Prince William County, VA could get to know each other better. We enjoy weekly play groups and other gatherings, and together we share the benefits of practicing attachment parenting, as well as positive discipline.
Attachment Parenting and Positive Discipline to 'me', is a philosophy based in kindness and trust...allowing your child to be who he or she is meant to be. Our members give and get support from one another, so that we can help each other to reach our goal of raising attached, NON-SPANKED, secure, loving children. Any and all AP discussion is encouraged...from cloth diapers to natural foods to gentle NON PHYSICAL discipline...
