Welcome to the Pacific Northwest Chinese Adoptive Families email group. (formerly Seattle FCC, Families With Children From China.) This list-serv is for families who live in the Pacific Northwest and have adopted from China and/or who are DTC (Dossier to China). The purpose of this group is to provide a network of support, information, resources, and notices for special events for Pacific Northwest Chinese adoptive families.
