3. If there is flamming going on, moderate all involved for a cooling off period. Flamming is cussing, name calling. People debating pro and con of programming philosophy is allowed, even if they disagree with list moderators.
4. Allow attachments is set to OFF. I travel and have to suffer dial up speeds sometimes, I once wiated 30 minutes for a resume someone emailed to the group. It will never happen again.

PHP is an open source answer to ASP. You can find PHP source code on http://sourceforge.net/index.php. There are many PHP shopping carts and groups management modules available there. People to help with these modules are on this PHP group.
