Peninsula Homeschool Exchange (PHE) is an inclusive homeschooling network based in Port Townsend, Washington. We welcome all homeschoolers who live in the Olympic Peninsula area. The purpose of the PHEnet mailing list is to share information of interest to area homeschoolers, to connect with others who have similar interests, and to organize group activities.
