Description

The PEI Shambhala Meditation Group is one of approximately 170 world-wide centres and groups of Shambhala International providing instruction in mindfulness-awareness meditation as practiced within the Buddhist and Shambhala traditions.

We offer a regular schedule of meditation practice and study. Meditation instruction is available.

Regular Practice Sessions:

[a] Wednesday Night Meditation 6:00 - 7:45 pm (including book study on "Turning the Mind Into an Ally" by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche)
[b] Sunday Morning Meditation 9:00 - 12:00 am [per Schedule]
