THE PALM BEACH COALITION FOR ELECTION REFORM To form a coalition of organizations in Palm Beach County for the purpose of calling attention to the issue of verifiable votes. The coalition will recommend to the supervisor of elections and secretary of state to implement the mandate of a voter verifiable paper ballot trail, that will be issued by the Sequoia voting machines in Palm Beach county to each voter. The coalition will mandate that these ballots will be made available as soon as possible, but no later than the 2004 presidential elections in November.
Other election reform issues: Other objectives regarding election reform will be established by the coalition in terms of prioritization. Those issues could include but not necessarily be limited to: Instant Runoff Voting, Felons restoration of voting rights, Accuracy of state Felons list, Public financing of campaigns, and voter notification of voting rights.
