The Palo Alto Community Environmental Action Partnership, PA CEAP, is a collaborative citywide initiative, engages the various segments of the Palo Alto community to identify opportunities and create and implement sustainable environmental solutions.

One of the goals of CEAP is to: Create a vehicle for communication, education and awareness among the City and all segments of the community. This Yahoo Group was created to further that goal.
