Plano Area Roman Catholic Homeschoolers (PARCH) is a support group for parents who homeschool their children. It is organized for the express purpose of giving support and making homeschooling information available to Catholics who homeschool. Members must be either Latin or Eastern Rite Catholics in full communion with Rome. This Yahoo site is meant to facilitate communication between PARCH members.

PARCH sponsors monthly meetings for parents, field trips, park and Mass days, various other activities and celebrations for the families of homeschoolers. It provides access to many homeschool resources. Application and dues of $10 per year are accepted throughout the year. A phone list of members and pertinent information is given to each member of PARCH after dues and applications are accepted.

PARCH also offers social activities for parents whose children are not school-age but who plan to homeschool and would like to build friendships with like-minded families. Notice of these events will be posted to this site.

Catholic families interested in homeschooling are welcome to visit PARCH meetings or other activities and visit with members there. We welcome questions and encourage you to visit. For
