This forum is designed to improve the ability of Michigan’s prosecutors to effectively prosecute traffic safety violations, particularly focusing on the following crimes:

• Vehicular homicide
• Vehicle crashes involving personal injuries
• Operating While Intoxicated

This group is dedicated to a discussion of prosecution of these crimes and how to be more effective in the courtroom. It will allow individuals from across the state discuss issues that come up in this complex area.

It is hoped that with this forum, there will be improved communication and coordination of the prosecution of traffic safety cases between law enforcement, prosecutors, OHSP, the Secretary of State, the Judiciary and other traffic safety organizations.

Because of space limitations, photos and files may be changed from time to time. For best results, the Group should be visited on a somewhat regular basis.
