Well done at getting a few snaps Tim. My initial impression is that the bird
looks just a bit too big for Ross's and maybe about right for Lesser Snow. I
believe a pale blue base to bill is a bit diagnostic. The UK bird mags regularly
show pictures of Ross's, and they appear fairly frequently on the Surfbirds UK
gallery.
