There were two crossbills here yesterday afternoon - and I'm fairly sure they
haven't been here all the time, so maybe more to come.
On Papay on Thursday last counting Primula scotica (just under 8500 plants) in
fabulous weather and a constant stream of Arctic terns passing with sandeels - a
most welcome sight.
