This group is for all owners and would-be owners of Orion ED 80, ED 100, & ED 120 telescopes and all similar models made by Celestron, Konus, SkyWatcher, Saxon, Vixen, and others.

Our focus is to share information about getting the most out of these small but surprisingly exceptional and affordable telescopes. We encourage posts that discuss all aspects of the scope including modifications, solutions to common problems, usage ideas, astrophotography, etc... But what we really want to see is detailed observation reports on what you observe with your Orion ED telescope, and astrophotography work, so others will be able to share in your excitement and potential owners will have a good basis for proper expectations in a telescope of this size and type.
