We wanted to make men aware of the fact that there is an alternative to that morally-lax/mentally-lazy "gay-male paradigm" that wants to swallow all M2M intimate friendships & sh1t them into sick stigmas like analSex. We embrace a love for masculinity - while completely rejecting the icons, imagery & fetishes that society [!& the gay-male-community itself!] has attached to the term "GAY"! We are a group of men who feel uncomfortable with the imagery "GAY" generates in the mind's-eye of the public psyche. At this point, we feel that the word "gay" has suffered irreparable damage & the term carries with it -to much irreverant "baggage". BOM loved BrokeBack -but hated the AnalScenes (Respectful intimacy doesn't go there -ever).
As a result, the term "g0y" has been created -spelled with a ZER0. With the definition of this new term firmly set at the g0ys.org website, this movement stands on it's own merits as a call back to the moral fortitude, honor & spiritual dignity that is at the heart of masculinity. Real men are men of character, virtue & a sense of integrity that does not compromise just-behavior for brief interludes of decadence nor trade the soundness of character for the wages of moral-cowardice. A man of integrity won't prostitute his ideals. From that foundation springs the mind & body of a heroic man. We are the men who understand that love may give a buddy a "helping, stroking-hand"; -but will never seek to proxy a bro's arse in leu of female anatomy! G0Y-BOM: Quite UNgay!
