Description
Rare Bird Alert reports for Orange County, California.
Members receive up-to-date bird alert emails from the List moderators.
A phone RBA, sponsored by Sea and Sage Audubon Society, is also maintained for Orange County birders at 949 487-6869. The phone provides announcements of daily and weekly RBA updates, and a place for birders to leave messages on their field sightings for inclusion into the RBA updates.
Also see: http://members.cox.net/orcorba/ for pictures (if available) of current rarities, as well as maps of birding spots and links to important Orange County Birding Websites.
TO REPORT RARE BIRDS, MEMBERS CAN EMAIL THEIR SIGHTINGS TO: OrCoRBA@yahoogroups.com. Such emails are seen only by the moderators and will be used in compiling the Rare Bird Alert reports, unless you tell us otherwise. Non-members can call-in their sightings to our phone line.
To subscribe, send an email to: OrCoRBA-subscribe@yahoogroups.com . See in our Message Archives the FAQ (message #3) for OrCoRBA. For general Orange County Birding discussions, join the OrangeCountyBirding Yahoo Group at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/OrangeCountyBirding/
