TO SUBMIT ENTRY
1) Subscribe
2) Go to Database-link at left
3) Click table to view
4) To create entry click ADD RECORD
5) Fill in data
5) Hit SAVE RECORD

TO MODIFY/DELETE
1) Go to database table
2) Find YOUR entry (will have your email EDIT/DELETE to right. If not you may not be logged into Yahoo.)
3) Hit EDIT to modify, then SAVE
4) Hit DELETE to erase
