We remind you of the following policies:

Oaks 1 Group is for the exclusive use of residents of The Oaks I in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
It is not to be used for business purposes, for advertising, or for soliciting for-profit sales of any kind.

Please be respectful of your neighbors by following the terms of membership as follow:
• Do not sell or give personal information about members such as phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses, to people who are not members of the Oaks I Yahoo Group.
• Do not circulate “chain letters,” jokes or other material that is not relevant to the community.
• Limit the number of messages you send out about a single issue. For example, if you are raising funds for a non-profit or announcing a yard sale, limit yourself to one or two general announcements.
• Do not use the Oaks I Group as a forum for extended dialog. If there is a concern that requires considerable discussion, bring the issue to the HOA. (Note that when you join the Oaks I Group, you can opt out of receiving emails from individual members and elect to receive only important email notices from the moderator.)
