Everybody's doing it now. Small publishers are snapping up books for
reprint. My own book is a reissue by a new small press, and I got an
advance for it. Also, Tonya's suggestion is a good one. One of my
favorite "cozy" writers has been through two publishers with his
series and just published his most recent book through Create Space.
