Why don't you publish it yourself and get it on Amazon. I betcha no matter who you get as a contract you will find your options are the same for sales. You have to do it. CreateSpace is a great place to go. I swear by it for a different way for authors to go in this hard pressed times. You get royalty checks from sales, great shipment, I can't say more about it. Tonya

... Everybody's doing it now. Small publishers are snapping up books for reprint. My own book is a reissue by a new small press, and I got an advance for it....
