This group is for Strategy Boardgamers, Gamers, and Gaming in general, in and around the vicinity of Oxford, Mississippi (MS) and the Campus of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).

Discussion may also take place regarding other meetings, allowing people to meet, decide and agree on what games to play, when to play, as well as to and arrange local promotions and events.

Although this group originally focuses mainly on European (Also known as Euro, German, Family, and Designer Games) Strategy boardgaming and Card Gaming in general. There is another larger encompassing group that includes all sorts of gamers in the area located at:

Membership to this group is open to anyone interested in board gamers, card gamers, war gamers, and many other types of gaming, and gaming in general whether you are new to the hobby, or a veteran who may be new to the area or group. Newcomers are always and especially welcome and we're happy to and do teach new games to players all the time.

We are also kid friendly and can have and do have some gatherings where children are not only encouraged and accepted but welcomed as well.

Meetings:
The group currently meets regularly every 2nd and 4th Monday of each Month at Members homes. The event calendar and reminders are set up to send out notices prior to these meetings to remind people of those times. These sessions normally last from 6:30 pm til about 11:00 pm. But sometimes go later or end earlier depending upon circumstances.
